Game of Betrayal
We sat next to each other, facing the skyline, which I really enjoy.
We were already seated and chatting about life, and I was casually checking on the status of our "label," since his glass didn’t seem to be moving. Just kidding—I’m not that eager. Like I said, I don’t care about the label as long as we’re both alive.
Our first course was thinly sliced raw meat and freshly shucked oysters served with mignonette. Of course, there was also a salad—my favorite of all, especially that so-called "weed salad." The salad was a classic Caesar salad, featuring romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, croutons, and shaved Parmesan. For wine, we just had champagne.
