Damon’s POV The one for Lupus is news about Dahlia’s father. He is having some sort of big party. Apparently, he is to be announced as the new Alpha of the small pack that I haven’t even heard of before. It’s actually kind of surprising because he wasn’t the Alpha in Dahlia’s old pack. That title belonged to Dahlia’s mom, who was also a very able woman. Compared to her, he was a nothing guy. I had never even heard of him before I met Dahlia. From what I gathered in the investigation so far, he was only with Dahlia’s mother because they were true mates.

With a deep growl, he released his Alpha toxin, a potent chemical cocktail that could neutralize even the deadliest poisons.
