Burning Embers: Scorching Tales of Desire

Burning Embers: Scorching Tales of Desire

This body’s got a mind of its own. “Uh, just... reading,” I stammer, grabbing a random book to hide my panic. My fingers fumble, and it falls open to a page about magical bindings. Fitting, since I feel bound to this plot. Ardyn’s smirk grows, and he leans against the table, close enough that I catch his scent, sandalwood and sin. My heart’s doing cartwheels, and I’m torn between squealing like the fangirl I am and bolting.

The Alpha's Forgotten Moonstone Princess

The Alpha's Forgotten Moonstone Princess

Scrolls. Books. Maps. Histories. Secrets. The old woman stood across from him. Watching. Waiting. Caspian placed the medallion on a stone table. The silver artifact continued glowing faintly. Neither of them liked it. "You recognize it," Caspian said. The old woman remained silent. "You've recognized it since the moment you saw it." Still silence. Then finally "Yes." The answer was barely a whisper. Caspian's expression darkened. "What is it?"

THE WEREWOLF SWITCH

THE WEREWOLF SWITCH

It contained a single book. “Woah! This is crazy,” Roger whispered. Lazarus walked up to the book, it was in a glass protective casing. “You didn’t know this was here, did you?” Velma asked. “No, I didn’t,” he clarified. Lazarus inspected the book. “What is it?” Nigel demanded. “It’s so beautiful,” Clarke admired. Lazarus gulped when he realized what it was. “It’s the Book of The God’s.”

Fiona Cakes
I’m so excited. I had so much fun writing chapters 75 and 76. I’m so proud of the story I’m creating. After the group meets the witch on the Mystic Mountain, secrets will be revealed, some drama will go down and then we will be diving into The Alpha Trials. And then the story will be completed.

Miss Fiona you are now one of my favorite writers. Your detailing and imagination is out of this world. This book has no smut scenes and yet I find myself reading it and wanting to know more. This plot is phenomenal. Thank you for your wonderful story. I love it.

THE PRICE FOR HIS NAME

THE PRICE FOR HIS NAME

Joy had called it obscene. Samuel had tried to pocket a ruby the size of his fist. Fiero had raised one brow, and that had been the end of that. Bunker 036 was worse. A hidden library. No index, no lights. Every book bound in symbols that changed when viewed from different angles. Miriam had stood there for hours, unmoving, eyes flicking across glyphs no one else could translate. She’d marked it silently. No one questioned her. Bunker 038 had been a letdown, a so-called time machine that turned out to be a hollow set piece, possibly a distraction.

After Divorce, I became the CEO of my Ex-Husband's Company

After Divorce, I became the CEO of my Ex-Husband's Company

**Sophia** The tempest had moved on, yet the air was still heavy with its aftermath. The observatory was enveloped in a hushed stillness, interrupted only by the gentle buzz of the holo-table and the distant sound of melting snow dripping from the roof. Alex stood next to me, his unwavering presence providing stability in the wake of newfound knowledge. I turned the photograph of Ember over and over in my fingers, its edges soft from my touch. Her eyes haunted me, not for what they revealed, but for what they concealed. An emptiness. A reflection of the aspects of myself I dreaded to confront.

Whispers of Frost and Fire

Whispers of Frost and Fire

I’d found my edge—for now. It was nearly 1845. Time to head back. ______________________________________________________________________ Ares's POV “Are we going to talk about last night?” Jasmine asked. “I... I can’t. Not now,” I said. Coward. “Fine,” she snapped. “I’ll check the restricted section.” I watched her go, feeling like trash. I couldn’t afford distraction. I was Beta. And this—this was bigger than us. I turned back to the stacks. That’s when I saw it: The History of the Moon Goddess.

Taming My Five Alpha Baby Daddies

Taming My Five Alpha Baby Daddies

It was an old man who sat behind a wooden desk, one eye shielded by spectacles. The old man adjusted his spectacles, revealing his other eye; jet black with bulging veins around it. A ghoul. Damn. This wasn’t the friendly shopkeeper I remembered. “Quite the collection we have, isn’t it?” he said in a gentle voice. “Yeah, old books hold secrets. That’s why I love them,” I replied as my eyes wandered around the store. I wandered through the shelves, running my fingers over the spines until I spotted a small, dusty-looking book tucked away. Its cover read “Aurora Sparks.”

Alpha's Second Chance

Alpha's Second Chance

He told me Thank you for letting him know and tell me to be safe. I enter inside the library and walk over to the computer. I figured searching there first would be best. I search for the eclipse moon, and 2 books come up on the screen, and I go find both books. I sign in the system that I have them, and am about to leave when I hear something, and I look out of an open window. “Do as you are told, and don’t you dare tell anyone,” Amy says to a girl sitting on her knees. “All of you will shut up, or I will make you regret it.” Amy continues looking at the other Omegas working outside. Then she stomps off into the forest and disappears.

The first book was great but the second about Noah and Madeline doesn’t read the same at all. It is almost like a different person is writing it. A lot of errors and sentence structure issues. Time to stop reading. I am paying for the book to have minimal errors not to have to edit it myself.

Great book and I've been reading this book from the first chapter and it's a great book if only the author would give more than 1 chapter every 3 to 4 days. we as readers deserve at least 2 chapters if it's going to be very 3 to 4 days to get them. Please be fair to your reader's.

The Reluctant Mafia Bride

The Reluctant Mafia Bride

Arya placed her thumb against the sharp metal protruding from the mirror’s hidden safe. The prick was sharp and quick, a bead of blood welling up instantly. The metal retracted with a soft mechanical hiss, followed by a deep click as ancient locks gave way. The door of the safe creaked open, revealing what lay inside. Her breath caught. An old, thick book, its leather cover worn but unnaturally strong, sat beside a small, sleek device. The contrast between them — one ancient, the other unnervingly advanced — sent a chill through Arya’s spine.
