Path to Destiny Series

Path to Destiny Series

Majesta smiled, petting Midnight. They both laughed. Midnight found his way to the back of the couch. Lying there with his paws under him, looking like he owned the place. If she had the camera, she would have taken a picture. She still really missed Pumpkin, but Midnight tried hard to fill the hole in her heart. “I was thinking November, but I really like the leaves in October.” Majesta told her as she twisted her hair. “Hmm, I think October would be better, fewer people to say they can’t come because of Thanksgiving. Plus, you would be showing about that time.” Amèliä pointed out with a smile.

RUINED BY DADDY: defiled by my stepdad.

RUINED BY DADDY: defiled by my stepdad.

Midnight came with the specific ceremony of ten people in two countries counting down via a slightly glitchy video call, which was exactly right because nothing about this family was smooth and all of it was genuine. Leah had champagne. The good kind. We raised glasses at midnight in the room and on the screen and said the things people said and meant them with the specific sincerity of people who had something real to celebrate. The year that was ending. Everything it had contained. Caden found me at the window at twelve fifteen. The city outside was doing its midnight thing lights and distant sounds and the specific quality of a city turning a corner. “Last year,” he said. “This year,” I s

Behind the Two Mask

Behind the Two Mask

Midnight stated coldly while his eyes were full of boredom. "Now, now that's not how you greet your cousin Night," Dr. Zithea stated with a mischievous grin and provoking Midnight. "You annoying brat, stop talking. You still owe me something," Midnight said with a glare. "Yea, yea, I'll replace your console. Sheesh, you're rich; you don't need me to be doing that," Dr. Zithea said, then rolled her eyes as a sign of annoyance.

The Midnight Club Murders

The Midnight Club Murders

Agatha was with Mickey, staying past dismissal to clean PERSEPHONE-11 while Isa took a nap in the corner. At 6:31, no visible sunlight in the sky remained aside from the faded twinkle of the stars and the occasional blink of flight-crafts. The Midnight Club made a rendezvous on the 7-11 a block away from Van Duke. Dean was there first, carrying a knapsack that contained two bottles of pink gin and a stack of disposable cups. Gwyneth came five minutes after, then Mickey, then Isaac, then Agatha, and Isa. “Yes, we’re fucking rulebreakers that’s what we are,” Dean laughed.

The Pleasure Archive

The Pleasure Archive

We went down to the underground parking garage where his driver was already waiting. Thirty minutes later, we arrived at an unmarked black building on the outskirts of the city with no sign and no windows on the lower floors, just a single heavy steel door guarded by two large men in suits. Damien placed his hand on my lower back and guided me inside. “Welcome to the Midnight Club,” he said quietly. “The one place where even I don’t have full control. But here… we can hide you, and perhaps… find answers.” The moment we stepped through the second set of doors, the atmosphere changed completely.

American Heatwave: A Steamy Hot Collection

🍆Midnight Exhibition🍆 The park was quiet at 11:30 PM, the only sounds the distant hum of city traffic and the soft rustle of leaves in the warm Miami night breeze. I sat on the wooden bench near the fountain, legs crossed, wearing a short black sundress with no bra and no panties underneath. My heart pounded with nervous excitement. This was reckless and dangerous, but after weeks of chatting with the mysterious dominant who called himself “Derrick” online, I had agreed to meet him here.

Tattooed Luna

“When did you leave?” “I don’t know. It was getting late.” “Was anyone with you?” “I was.” Alec stepped forward. “She finished my back.” “Know anyone who would do this?” The detective asked. “No.” Then it hit me. It was an abstract moon. A midnight moon. As in the Midnight Moon Pack. Darin. “No...” I said as I took a step back in shock. “What was that?” The detective asked. “Colt. It was the Midnight Moon Pack. Look at the ink. It’s their logo.” I mind-linked Colt. He looked at it and frowned.

I have been in absolutely in love with this book since the beginning. I have enjoyed how the story has continued to develop beyond the siblings and their mates, but to another level of complexity within the familial ties. Amazing writing, well developed characters, not your typical werewolf story.

Could not put this book down on the first read. I am now reading all three a second time. Love the story line. Kris and Alec are badass characters and love their chemistry. Would love another book with the original characters, but maybe some chapters with POV from Jacob and Sherry or Emmy and Jasper

Midnight Howling

Midnight Howling

ADY It's almost midnight, but our town and maybe even other places still don't have power. Even though the storm was terrible, Granny's radio, which must have been around my age and ran on batteries, was still working while we watched the news. The storm has completely flooded many locations, making them unreachable. The storm didn't bring wind, but it did bring water and rain that didn't stop for 9 hours. I was on the bed, looking at the candle on the table next to me.
