she sighed. "So what do you remember before waking up?" he rushed her. "A lot happened. It was like I was on a journey and there was a time. It was total darkness. To be honest with you, all I remembered was the darkness. The journey part, I can't recall" she shook her head slowly. "So how did you die?" Alpha Jones folded his arms. This is what would determine if she was really Maria. Maria hesitated and she eventually started breathing heavily. "I assure you, Jones. It's me. Maria. I am not a demon" she gasped.

A small comfort in this strange new world. I looked back at the flower bed, a fresh wave of confusion washing over me. Had they been mourning me? A vivid memory flashed: me hanging from the ceiling, people desperately trying to save me. "Curtis! I hate you! I want Faolan!" I screamed in the memory, my voice filled with rage as I struck him.

“Go help your mom change first.” Milton and Travis immediately grabbed her arms from both sides. “Come on, Mom!” Yvonne was forced into the car, and only then did she notice that Sophia was there too. Sophia said in a gentle voice, “Yvonne, please don’t mind it. I’ve always been afraid of the dark. Justin didn’t want me alone—” Justin quickly chimed in, “Sophia has night blindness and gets scared at night.” The kids joined in with chatter, “Poor Ms. Shaw!”

His voice shook as he said, “She’s really lost her memory? Why would God punish me like this? She’s my only daughter. I never even had the chance to make things right.” Then he broke down crying. I had never seen a grown man sob like that before. It was almost funny. But at the same time, it made my stomach turn. Whoever they were, the way they cried disgusted me. It was strange. Why did I feel that way? They looked so heartbroken. I couldn’t figure it out. The man kept weeping as he pulled out his phone. “Mr. Wilson, Lily really has amnesia. You have to find a way to help her remember us. She’s my only child.”

She said his name, her voice breaking sadly. “I just can’t be that mate…” He sighed. “I am so sorry, Kelly.” He proceeded to stand on his feet. Placing his hands in his pockets, he continued, “The Oracle is tomorrow night. You just turned eighteen last week; you’re still young. It’s a great place to find someone.” The Oracle was a ceremony that happened once a year. It was for werewolves to find a mate, but you had to be eighteen and above to attend. Everyone in the pack that could attend always did. Even the alpha of the pack and his Luna.

Finally opening my eyes I am looking at the bright green eyes of my mate . “Orion” I manage to croke . Rushing to get me a drink to help with my throat . “Why am I here ?” I ask, looking around the hospital . Orion's eyes soften . “What is the last thing you can remember ?” Trying to think and make sense of my memories “The room I was kept in .” My eyes grow wide as I remember the wolfsbane . My hand shoots to my stomach . Looking at my mate he smiles and shakes his head .

Orion finally spoke up from behind me; I had actually kind of forgotten about him behind me, so he startled me. “I wish I could be more help. I don’t know why I was out there. I definitely don’t remember anything about Luna Emma. I just know I remember opening my eyes for a brief second and seeing the front of the house, and then the next thing I knew, I was here.” Lorraine looked exhausted. “Hey, don’t push yourself. You should get some rest. Maybe something will come back to you. It’s not going to do you any good pushing yourself too hard, too fast.”

She said. "I don't care! We're paying you a huge amount and she should be okay! You need to find an A+ type as soon as possible!" I couldn’t stop screaming because I was so annoyed and angry. "We know that, Mr. Cosmian but we already told you that it's a very rare type of blood especially the A+." I just got up and sat on one of the chairs and I couldn't help but stop because of what Dra. Luna said next. "And also, I have a little bit of bad news. She's in comatose and she have a temporary amnesia. Wherein some of her memories will ..."

She looked at Aurora and held her hands “ Aurora, what are you talking about? Why are you worried about Max when Mr. King is here? Aurora pulled her hands away and looked at the doctor with a stern look. “Who are these people?” Aurora was now getting confused and lost. The doctor looked at all of Aurora’s worried family and took them out of the room to let them know what was going on. “Amnesia, it's called Amnesia, according to the information her therapist gave us it's possible she is trying to protect herself but I think she failed and went back to the part she wanted to forget the moment.” The doctor explained to them.
