Demon: Supernatural Bad Boys V

Demon: Supernatural Bad Boys V

Remove the impurity and cleanse my soul. The amulet begins to glow the moment I say the words, and my body begins to vibrate. The amulet feels like it’s alive in my hand. Almost like I’m holding a beating heart. It’s seriously disconcerting. Taking the amulet by the chain, I let it slide down my hand and dip it into the angel fire. The water bubbles around the amulet and begins to glow with a blinding blue light. Blinking back, I lift the amulet up and run my gaze over it. The jewel in the middle is no longer red but a bright blue. Its light illuminates the room with its potent glow.

Slowly reading through the series and this has to be one of my favourites so far! Such a great book, the story is engaging and well written, I love that it introduces less written about supernatural species, it just adds to the story. Thoroughly enjoyed it and totally recommend this book!

Is it Second Chance?

Is it Second Chance?

I checked the windows, ensuring they were sealed. I returned to Chloe, kissing her cheek. “Listen to me, love. You must stay in your room, okay? The door stays locked. Nobody comes in. Not ever. If you hear a knock, you stay quiet, like a little mouse. Mama will be back before you eat breakfast.” The instructions were agonizingly specific, yet they were for me—a desperate prayer to the universe that she would remain safe and silent for the eight hours I was gone. The guilt was a physical knot in my chest, a daily penance for the selfishness that had led me to this room. But that guilt was also the fire that fueled my new ambition. I had to succeed at Izakaya Mori.

REJECTED MATE

REJECTED MATE

Their faith in their cause remained unshaken as they navigated the intricate puzzles, each step bringing them closer to the Amulet's resting place. Finally, they stood before a grand chamber, illuminated by a shimmering light. There, resting atop an intricately carved pedestal, lay the Amulet of Unbinding—a radiant gem pulsating with ancient magic. With reverence, John approached the Amulet, his hand trembling with a mix of anticipation and hope. He knew that the fate of Millent and her fated mates hung in the balance, and this sacred artifact held the key to their reunion. As he reached out to grasp the Amulet, a surge of energy coursed through him. The Amulet recognized his unwavering love

A Second Chance

A Second Chance

“I’ll keep you safe, Amaliah. No matter what.” Later that night, when the house had gone still and the world outside lay quiet in slumber, Amaliah stood by the window, fingers absentmindedly brushing the pendant that hung over her heart. She unclasped it slowly, letting The Eternal Glow fall into her palm. Moonlight spilled across its surface, the golden sun emblem catching the faint light and scattering it in delicate reflections across the room—like fragments of warmth breaking through the stillness. She turned it over, her gaze lingering on the engraved words: Even in the dark, you're my light.

Medina River Pack: Fated Mate

Medina River Pack: Fated Mate

She reached into her satchel and pulled out several small, iridescent charms that shimmered with a faint, violet light. "So, I’ve crafted these talismans," she said, passing one to Elena. "They’re infused with mountain ash and a drop of purified spring water. The second an obsidian coin touches the wearer’s skin, the talisman triggers a cleansing pulse. It clears the negative charge instantly, neutralizing the coin’s dampening effect. It won't just keep them powered up—it’ll keep them from losing consciousness and being taken."

Second Chances

Second Chances

“Ok, then, show me your biggest, best, ring you have for sale.” The chinese man said, “Oh yes, sir,” as he went behind the counter. I interrupted, “Oh no, Jason, really. I would be afraid to wear it! Something moderate, simple but different,” I said as my eyes scanned the large jewelry case.” “Show me Tessa.” “This one’s beautiful,” I pointed it out and the man instantly placed it on the counter saying, “This one $4000.” Jason said, “It’s very pretty,” he put it on my finger. “What do you think?”

The Lycan King's Rejected Daughter

The Lycan King's Rejected Daughter

“You will never leave this place.” She is screaming at me, and that’s when I see something white glimmering in her hand. It is the amulet. I close my eyes and I can feel the pulsating of the amulet calling out to me. This is my only chance to get the amulet and I know it. I just need her to come closer to me. “You will never get what you want out of me,” I tell her confidently. “I am not one of your pawns in this game that you are playing.”

His Second Chance

His Second Chance

How will she fend off living on the streets with her baby. Madeline got back home later in the afternoon. She had no dime in her pockets and went ahead to pack some of her expensive jewelry. She had two set pieces gifted by her father. One set was diamond encrusted and the other was sapphire at the base. They cost quite a lot and her father didn't mind spending a lot of his salary to buy her these jewelries. The diamond piece was given as a gift on her sixteenth birthday and the sapphire was given to her after she passed all her entrance exams. She was missing her father right now and imagining him all disappointed in her made her feel so guilty for wanting to sell these jewelries.

The Unloved Luna

“You have earned my trust and the amulet of the Silver Claw Kingdom. I will give it to you, but remember this, the path ahead will not be easy. You must continue to confront your fears and insecurities, for they will test you again and again.” I nodded, understanding the weight of his words. “I will. I won’t let you down.” He stepped forward, retrieving the Silver Claw amulet from a hidden pocket within his robe. It glimmered in the light, a symbol of strength and unity, just like the amulet of the Blood Moon Kingdom. “This amulet holds great power,” Simon said as he placed it into my hands. “Use it wisely. With each amulet you collect, the strength of your cause will grow. But remember, the

Taking the offered beverage gratefully, I take a long, deep sip and begin explaining. The first pile has a few old books, an athame, green velvet robes, and a leather-bound journal. There are also a few crystals and other focus items. The second pile has the mirror, a variety of silks, some unusual dresses, and a jewelry box full of very interesting, very powerful gems set into rings and amulets. There is one ring in particular that caught my eye, a fire opal set in gold. It still glows with an inner fire, signifying that it is still receiving energy from somewhere. But where? And from whom?
