I could feel my skin tingling and shrinking. I proceeded to the coffin, seeing only the tip of Angel’s nose protruding through the little hole. Slowly, I put down the tray on the lower lid, and opened the upper one, revealing her face. Her skin was shiny, and her clothes were drenched in sweat. Only her nose stood out with its redness from having been exposed to the cold. Her eyes were sleepy, eyelids swollen and darkened. She was palpitating. I reached out my hand to her cheeks and started shaking her head from one side to the other. Her body temperature felt hotter than the white hot explosion of plasma.
