Animes Like Gate Novels & Stories

Her sword sang with fury, ancient fire coiled through its edge. She struck a tendril—and cut it. Not deeply. Not mortally. But enough to get its attention. It shrieked—a sound that turned trees black and split rock. Aelin braced herself, ready for retaliation. But it didn’t strike. Instead, it opened another eye. Aelin stumbled backward. “Maelor!” she cried. “It’s opening something else!” “I know!” he called back. “The Gate’s trying to expand—through it! It’s a conduit!”

Sarah agrees. While Ivy had absolutely no idea what the two were talking about. She has never known such a thing as Japanese animation, other than Doramon or Hallo Kitty maybe. Spectacles at home only broadcast domestic production, made locally. Even though watching the shows outside was Western country. she would rather spend time reading textbooks than watching. The very opposite type to Debbie. “You'll have to find out who Conan is. If you've seen yourself, you'll agree one hundred percent!" Debbie said very confidently, filling the void in Ivy's expression.

“Here’s your assignment: before we meet again to discuss our plan, watch twenty episodes of any anime.” “How is that even important?” Caleb, one of my high-ranking pack members, asked, his eyes narrowed with a challenging glint. He was one of those people who thought they looked powerful when they challenged the higher authority. In short, he was a fucking idiot. “These portals they use can be opened in specific areas. As far as I can see, they consume a certain form of energy to trigger the opening,” I explained, ignoring Caleb’s question. I noticed the grimace on his face since I overlooked his words. I answered no one.

Another fireball hits the Gatekeeper, causing him to let out another earth shattering squeal. This is no ordinary fire but something which can burn the Gods themselves. Lavi aims several flames at him, pushing the Gatekeeper towards the wall. His skin is nearly melting off but the Gatekeeper is still formidable as ever. He growls at Lavi and jumps forward. “Watch out!” Anna shrieks as the creature closes in but Lavi shoots more fire at his chest, throwing him back.

How dare she just wander around like she owned the place? Okay, big fat reality check. I really needed to get a grip on my animosity. It wasn't like the Gate was under some kind of lock and key or anything. It stood there, a massive doorway of carved wood and iron bracers, humming softly with Sidhe magic. I held back as Trill examined it, felt Liam join me, the touch of his hand on the back of my neck making me shiver. "It's a Gate," he said, speaking to Trill who turned and nodded.

Do I? “Close you eyes and listen to what you are being told.” I look at her like she has lost her mind, but I do as instructed and close my eyes. Drowning out all the surrounding noise. Meditating as it were. I hear it, I feel it. The call and hum of the Gate. The Gate is a portal. My eyes snap open and I smile at her and she pouts her arms crossed over her chest. Cece is looking bored as she looks around. She hasn’t changed.

Instantaneously, a purple-gold gate materialized, emitting an expansive, Anonymous Gas. James waved his hand, and Thea, carried by two dragons, vanished into the gate’s radiant lights. “What sorcery is this?” Taichu gasped, hand over mouth. Marius’ eyes widened in shock as he witnessed the gate’s closure. “He can use that mysterious energy to open a spatial gate? Could this mean a sixth gate is about to appear?” “A sixth gate?” Taichi’s disbelief was palpable. As the gate disappeared, James directed his gaze toward Gryphon, who hovered above.

Don't touch, it sucks your Soul and drives you mad" Emi said as they advance towards a huge metal gate, which could be guessed to be huge to infinity. As the approached the gate, about some meters from where they were, the gate began to close at a steady rate. Emi caused within himself and Ajanaku followed suit as they both picked up pace, and ran as fast as their legs could carry them. With great strength they both dived passing the gate, as it forcefully shut almost grabbing Ajanaku’s leg.

As they got closer, the gate made a loud rumbling sound of metal machinery in function. The gate opened and a maelstrom of silverstream appeared. The Sovereigns erupted into a harmonious hymn and solemnly bowed to the gate. Len was thunderstruck of the whole thing, and even more so as he watched someone walked out of the silverstream whirl. Len highly doubted whoever came out of the gate as a human, even though it looked like one. It was wearing a similar silver scale robe, but darker in color and added with intricate ornamental shoulderpads. Len wasn't sure whether it was wearing a mask of complicated pattern or it really was just its grotesque face.

The Gate was alive with energy, pulsing in rhythm with his presence, acknowledging his authority as its chosen guardian. As he stepped closer, the runes on the Gate shimmered and changed, the lines of ancient symbols twisting and reforming before his eyes. They were patterns he recognized—warnings, instructions, cryptic glimpses into the unknown. The power within the Gate surged, a wave of energy so intense it brought Veyron to his knees. His hands cradled his head as the visions flooded him.
