Tamed By My Stepbrother

Tamed By My Stepbrother

This is where real stories are born. “Hello, good morning!” the receptionist greets me with a warm, professional smile. “Good morning!” I reply, returning her smile even though my nerves are buzzing under my skin. “Can you point me to the HR department?” “Do you have an appointment today?” she asks politely. “Yes. I’m Keira Dalton,” I say, straightening slightly as she scans the applicant list. Her eyes widen a little before she smiles again. “You’re on the list. Please proceed to the second floor. The entire floor is the HR department.”

HIS PAST: HIS BRIDE

HIS PAST: HIS BRIDE

“Good morning, Miss Alex. It’s nice having you here with us. If you could just wait outside, we’ll call you in when it’s your turn.” The receptionist’s voice is warm, professional, and genuinely kind, and I return her smile even though my stomach is already doing nervous flips. “Thank you,” I reply softly.

I don't have a very spectacular CV but I have the fire to achieve this job. Taking a deep breath I enter the building. This place looked like something out of heaven. It was clean to its peak and looked so sleek and expensive. I took an elevator and rode to floor 15 as it said. "Welcome to Nexus City Giants Headquarters! Hello ma'am, how may I help you?" asked the receptionist politely. "Good morning, I had an appointment here. I came for the Personal Assistant's Job," I answered her with a nervous smile. "Oh, let me contact Miss Felicity regarding this," she said and then turned her attention to the computer as she ferociously typed something.

To all the readers asking where's the smut?? The major 18+ scenes start in Part 2 of the book, and I could give you the particular chapters but that will disturb you from understanding the story line, but as per some requests Chapter 130 to 135 are pure menace. Check out the smut there (◠‿◕ )

Story was good, a little grammar issue but ok. First part teenage love hate drama, and the second part is their grown-up life. For me it was to much steamy action, almost 70% of the second part. Didn't understand the tittle of the book, there were no rogue elements, he's the alpha.

Nanny and Her Four Alpha Bullies

Nanny and Her Four Alpha Bullies

“She needed help, and it seems that help was not given to her. Am I to understand she wasn’t even able to see one of the advisors here?” The receptionist’s face drops at once. “She’s… your friend?” Beau tilts his head. “Did I mumble?” “No. Of course, sir. I deeply apologize, sir.” Suddenly, as if the receptionist came back alive, she flicked on her computer and began typing away. “We can get you both into see someone as soon as possible.” So… wait. This woman told me there are no available rooms, and she’s not even the one in the position to make that call? I really was getting stonewalled!

It’s frustrating when an author starts a new book and posts it chapter by chapter yet never finishing all the other books she has posted. As of count now there are 7 completed books and 11 unfinished books. Not sure if she’s doing to make her readers mad or she’s ADHD and can’t focus. Very selfish!

What happened?? Why is this book not being updated?? I read for couple of months following regularly and all of a sudden you stop publishing, wasting my money, time and effort. This is totally unacceptable and wrong on your part.

THE CEO'S VENGEFUL BRIDE

THE CEO'S VENGEFUL BRIDE

Eleanor. His office building was a sleek spire of magnificent glass and steel in Bishopsgate. Office workers clad in crisp suits and austere heels clicked their way across the granite flooring to their destinations. I walked through the glass and chrome rotating doors of the building. I headed across the expansive lobby to the reception desk manned by three receptionists, two females, and one tall male and quickly demanded to see Brent Lucan. No, I didn’t have an appointment. One of the females, her picture perfect smile not altering in the slightest, asked my name, made a call to inform someone, then, stepped away from the desk and asked me to go with her.

 Ex-Lover's Regret

Ex-Lover's Regret

I picked it up, hearing a female voice that immediately explained the purpose of the call. "Good afternoon, sir. I am one of the receptionists on duty in the lobby. I'm calling you because Miss Adeline just arrived and is waiting for you here. She wants to see you." I sighed, already disliking the name the woman mentioned when she called it the first time. "Tell her I'm not in the mood to see her." "S-sorry, sir, I can't hold Miss Adeline." The receptionist sounded panicked, making me frown uncomprehendingly when I heard a voice on the other side asking a staff member to follow someone.

Seducing My Ex's Father In Law

Seducing My Ex's Father In Law(Submitting to My Mate's Father-in-Law)

When I walked through the front door, the receptionist was typing on her computer. She barely spared me a look as I approached the desk. “Good morning, I’m here to see Gavin Landry,” I said as politely as I could. The receptionist looked upward at me and blinked a couple of times, looking less than amused. “Do you have an appointment?” “Uh, no, but—”

Great storyline, and great characters. you will become obsessed, addicted, and infatuated with this book. My only advice is to wait until the story is finished before reading.....we only get 2 chapters a day. We are starving for more and its like the author is just giving us scraps to stay alive lol

Promises Forgotten

Promises Forgotten

It didn’t matter since I had already told him he wouldn’t be able to continue the project under our company, but Adrian was still insistent to know what it was. Adrian parked and walked in with me, moving on to lighter topics like Nicole’s lack of cooking skills. Apparently, last week was the third time she almost burned down their house. I chuckled and shook my head. “Good morning, sir.” I looked at the one receptionist where there were normally three. Even she looked disheveled. Adrian also caught this, his eyes narrowing. “How many people called in today?” She cleared her throat. “Ten, sir. Four security, two secretaries, and four other workers who were outside at the time.”

Well how do I start this, but you have to read it but warning!!! Bring a lot of tissues, you will need them. Wonderful writing, in love with both leads character and their friends. Beautiful story line, not too short or long, cry, sad, pain, laugh and love. Worth reading & spending. Highly recommend

I really loved this book—the characters, their development, and the supportive circle of friends and family. If you’re tired of clichéd CEO books where the main conflict revolves around a bitchy ex and annoying misunderstandings, and you’re looking for something meaningful, this is your book!

Don't Leave Me #2

Don't Leave Me #2

I replied. He took the phone and called the receptionist to be in here fast. I stood there, and he continued to look at me and then at the book. "May I come in sir? " Receptionist asked him, frowning. "As far as I know your job is to receive the calls and do as per the instructions." He said, and she nodded. "Then, as per the instruction no personal call should be entertained, but why are you transferring to this floor and that too to Ms.Sarin?" he asked.
