April Moon Batman Beyond Novels & Stories

Arthur smiled, stretched out his hand to touch the moonlight in his memory, when suddenly a big wind blew, and outside the noisy soldiers sounded: "Ah! Damn! Where do bats come from so many?" "Drive them away! Damn it! Why the wind is so strong? I can't see anything!" "They scratched my face! Bring the fire here!" The people outside were still scattered to chase away the bats, not noticing that Arthur's cage was also being blown by the strong wind and the bats, causing the cloth to gradually slip down. By the time they were able to chase the bats, there was another problem. The torch that was brought accidentally hit a large dry bush nearby, causing them to panic again, running around to cal

“You dumb bitch, you’re playing with dynamite and the damn fuse is lit. You haven’t figured out how to control the Beyond. You need me because you haven’t figured out how to get to Earth without Zeus’s permission and you haven’t figured out how to control the Beyond.” “What are you talking about? Of course I can control the Beyond.” Aphrodite sneers at me. “No. You can’t. That’s why you can only summon me when my spirit has left my body, or at least when it’s not firmly tethered. That’s why I’m gone for days when you summon me instead of minutes or hours. You have no control over it.” I feel a smile come over my face, followed by a high-pitched giggle, which turns into a maniacal laugh. Leti

And he starts heading towards Mt moon as he arrives there he sees a huge cave in front of him. Lauren "isn't this the place where the moonstone is found, well I won't be needing it so I don't care, but I have to be careful there are lots of Zubats and Geodudes in this cave" As he starts to walk inside this complex structure of a cave he gets lost ones or twice but gets back to the original root very easily while he is even attacked by groups of Zubats, Ivysaur and Chimchar get rid of them. After being in this mage like a cave for more than an hour he finally finds the exit but before he gets out he finds two very peculiar stones one has a shape like a snail shell on it and the other has a bu

Then he was gone. The door closed. I sat up slowly, body screaming, every nerve raw. I reached for my crystal. A message from my father: "The exodus moon rises at ninth hour. Warriors have breached the eastern ridge. Be ready. Leave the broken bond behind." Two hours after Leon's feast. A hollow laugh escaped, tasting of blood and ash. The healer entered, avoiding my gaze. "You are discharged today. Alpha Ashford offered gold to the temple." "Of course he has," I whispered.

"I've heard of her so-called beauty, and yet no lycan will mate with her." "Such shame, don't you think." Stella snickered and Claire joined in. "I hear Moon's Call will be at the feast, tonight," Claire cooed huskily, her expression now a bit dazed with anticipated passion she had for the lone lycan. "I can't wait to really see what he looks like up close. I've only had to admire him from afar," She said in indignation. Stella playfully nudged her with her shoulder as she whispered, blushing a bit, "You and your fantasies. Your father would have your head; you know? You are not to fancy any mate below your class and you very well know that."

Magic swirled around its outside edges waiting for me to step through before closing the doorway. I step through the magical doorway into the room given to me by the beta tanner at the Harmony Moon pack. The urgency in Typhon’s voice confirmed that I was in tremendous trouble with the Gods for assaulting Ares. Typhon’s last words echoes in my mind ‘Stay away until either Selene or I call you back!’

No animal dared to enter his domain, including the grizzlies that occupied the area ever since he battled the one that previously claimed the cave as home. The moon was full and shined brightly in the black sky. Kaynon lifted his head to stare into its light, feeling its mighty pull and relishing in its power. Closing his eyes, he took a deep inhale of the crisp air signifying the imminent return of autumn, and the anniversary of his pack's death. Their screams still haunted him and kept him up most nights. Another day of redemption tomorrow. He thought to himself before drifting off into a dreamless slumber. *******************************

“They’re testing you, Seraphina. Not me.” “I know.” His hand brushed mine for half a second. A signal. Not comfort. Coordination. “We’ll stay an hour longer,” he said. “Then we vanish.” “And after that?” “We follow the ones who try to follow us.” As the candles flickered lower and masked voices began to slur with late-night arrogance, I stared down at the black auction circle one last time. It had begun. And somewhere among the dancers and dealers and wolves in silk, someone had tried to remind me that Moonbane could still bleed.

Graham Whitmore had been with me for eight years, all while keeping another woman as his mistress for six. On the eve of our wedding, he swore he had finally cut ties with them. He threw money around, settling things with every woman he had been involved with and making sure I never lost face. I was overjoyed, thinking that, after all those years, I had finally made it to the other side until one flimsy pregnancy test changed everything. Graham drove through the night, tearing across state lines without a second thought, all to get back to his true love. They kissed beneath a tree as if no one else existed, as if I were the villain standing in the way of some tragic love story. So, I to

beyond the moon. The Lunar Cult’s hidden rebellion hadn't been extinguished, it had merely gone underground. ‘Mother,’ Lucian’s voice whispered in my mind, his tiny hand reaching out to grab the air, ‘the water is rising, the Moon-Priests are calling the Kraken of the Abyss.’ I looked toward the Great Sea that bordered the Zenith City, the horizon was no longer purple, it was turning a bruised, oily black, the Lunar Cult, realizing they could no longer control the land, were reaching for the depths.
