The private estate overlooking Lake Geneva was silent save for the soft tapping of rain against the floor-to-ceiling glass paneling. Inside the dimly lit study, Lucian Mercer stood by the fireplace, swirling two fingers of neat amber scotch in a crystal tumbler. On the marble desk behind him, an encrypted terminal chimed twice, its high-resolution display illuminating the dark room. Lucian didn't rush. He took a measured sip, set his glass down on the coaster, and turned toward the screen.

Facing your fears, reuniting with your loved ones, battling the demons, enjoying the luxurious life out there. But this, this place, this waterfall, makes me feel I'm alone. In a good way. No one talking to me, no one yelling at me, no one disturbing me. Just silence. Complete silence. Musical, magical silence. Now this, is my secret place. The only place where I can cry my heart out, the only place where I can shout out my joy, the only place where I can lash out all my anger or annoyance. Every emotion filling up my body coming out. I allow myself to slip underneath the warm bath water that surrounds me. My lungs are filled with minimal air. I do not hesitate to open my eyes. The water doesn’t bother me. I am in search of complete silence and the answer to all of my problems. Shane’s face suddenly appears in my view. My body is pulled from the water by his strong hands, one finding placement on my shoulders and the other at my waist. “What the hell are you doing?” He asks, as I let out a cough.

Zelos said it coldly and immediately again get me out of this place. I heard another scream from Kai. Of course, I was struggling even harder to get out of Zelos's grip. Then I saw some of Zelos's warriors starting to surround Kai. "What are you gonna do to him, Arsehole?! Let my boyfriend alone!" I hit Zelos' arm hard. There was no answer. Instead, Zelos pulled me even more forcefully. That really made me hurt and very angry. "LET GO OF ME, YOU ARSEHOLE! I'M THE FUTURE LUNA, AND I COMMAND YOU TO STOP THIS SHIT!"

I don't want her to have to deal with Amy's bullshit tonight. "Aww, where are you going, Water Girl?" Amy coos at her. "I just want to congratulate you on snagging my boyfriend. But hey, Water Girl, don't get too cozy with him because he will come back to me as he always does. Tootles," Amy says, then walks back to where she was standing and talking to her friends.

I needed to work on my fairy god-mother skills. “Don't you dare cry,” I warned, knowing that in ten minutes the two of them would be happy lovebirds again. “It may be waterproof mascara, but I will not have you messing up all the work we just did.” “Sorry,” Ava apologized. She sniffed and looked up at the ceiling, blinking rapidly and waving at her eyes in an attempt to make the tears go away.

“Aqua, you’re still young. Don’t try to fight over my affection anymore.” Aqua lay on the cold bed and felt a chill spread through her entire body. Her tears fell uncontrollably. She wanted to say something, but lost the will to speak. In the end, all those words turned into one single word. “Leave!” She shut her eyes and did not want to look at their faces again. Ignoring the drip connected to her hand, she covered her ears and yelled at them to go. The door opened, and Samara rushed in. “Aqua, it’s my fault! I shouldn’t have given you that Christmas present, but I just wanted to make you happy!”

You humans would call me a king or queen. "Aqua." Callie repeated quietly completely captivated by Aqua's crystal clear eyes. "Yes Calliana, Aqua." A beautiful smile spread across her face and her skin shimmered and rippled in response. "This," She said gesturing towards the jar still floating in the air, "will help you. It will contain the aer until you can fully control it, you can consider it a pain suppressor." At her last word she pushed the jar towards Callie with the tip of her finger.

Issei stopped his pressure and look towards Wiz but there's no coldness in his eyes like how he looks toward Aqua only gentleness.
