Qiana vaulted onto her horse and rode forward. The mount moved swiftly, and she drew her longbow with practiced ease. As the horse approached the target, a sharp whistle pierced the air. The arrow flew and struck the bullseye with perfect precision. Her skill was undeniable, yet to those who had witnessed Aurora and Yvette, Qiana's shot seemed comparatively muted. But as she circled back, the guard who had gone to retrieve her arrow suddenly cried out in astonishment.

I get so close to the werewolf that I feel its breath all over my body, and then the beast talks. "I am Manure, the maze keeper and you have trespassed my property and no one gets out alive!" I start laughing a bit and then introduce myself as the Queen of Futanari, soon to be the ruler of all the lands. Manure gets angry at my laughing and roars like a lion. I let him know that he won't scare me whatever he does. Manure slowly approaches me, testing me, to tell the truth, that I feel no fear toward him, and gets one of his paws up with very sharp claws and heads it toward my neck.

Arric yelled out as he moved his play piece to corner my King on the chess board. “Must you yell?” Past Azura winced as she covered her ears, but in a playful manor. “I think everyone in town heard you.” “Oh come on! This is the first time I have beat you in this game. I am ready to go to the top of the mountain to let the whole world know that for the first time in thousands of year's I, Arric Chasm, have over powered the Dragon Queen.” I snorted at that comment. This was the first time I was referenced as a Queen. While it was technically true, the idea of being Queen sounded weird. I was anything but regal.

she asked casually, as if she were referring to a piece of trash. "Send her to the underground crematorium," I answered without hesitation. "Burn her completely. I don't want a single trace of her left in this world. Dispose of the ashes as well." Eloise, who had once ruled the underground boxing arena as its undisputed queen, didn't even end up with a grave marker. Like a venomous snake hiding in the darkness, she was drained of her last bit of use and turned into a pile of worthless ashes. She had vanished without a trace.

This story was written in different character's perspective and her back story before His Fragile Flame. You don't have to read the first book to understand this novel, and I think it's better if you read this before that because HFF has spoilers.

“Do come in, since you want that so much.” The queen's mother stepped in carrying a tray of beers. Archer stared at her in shock. It wasn’t like her to do this, but here she was with these drinks. “Mom, you understand there is a war going on out there, right?” He asked calmly. “I know it.” She pulled herself down to the floor and looked right into Archer’s eyes. Alpha Archer noted that her eyes were kind and full of light. “I hope you know what you’re doing?” He scoffed, angrily. “I do.”

She says with a small giggle. "You will stop second guessing your abilities to lead and you will rule right beside your mate. That is an order." She jokes with a hint of seriousness. I nod and smile up at her. She holds her hand out and a golden staff apears. I immediately bow down and she dubs me Queen of werewolves by tapping the staff on both of my shoulders. "I now dub thee Mackenzie Roseline Lathen as Queen of werewolves and Luna of the royal pack. Do you accept?" She asks and I look up at her.
