I don't come down from my laughing fit until I notice that he isn't laughing along, and his expression remains serious.
I collect myself, clearing my throat before I state. "Werewolves aren't real," I chuckle, unable to hold it in. "If you didn't have anything relevant to say, you shouldn't have brought me out here."
"I'm being serious here. And in all the ways I expected you to react, that wasn't one of them," he scolds, "We are real. Werewolves are real. A half-breed mixture of humans and wolves, actually exists, Tammy."
