Chapter eleven Hazel I followed behind Alpha Damien as he stomped angrily towards what seemed to be Arthur's room. I smirked, loving how my plan was working perfectly. We got to the door and the Alpha knocked. After a while, Arthur came to the door and opened it. The minute he saw me, he gasped and stumbled back. It was as if he had seen a ghost. I tried to hold my laughter at the look on his face. If it was another situation, I would have laughed out really loud.

AVERY “ What did you do with Draven? ” I mumble, standing beside Aleister. He is sitting on the wing chair in the living room of the little cottage while we wait for the warriors to bring Nellie, Sara, and Marco, the village head. “ For now… ” Aleister glances at the door. “ Nothing. ” I shoot him a side glance before following his line of sight. Nellie and Sara are being dragged inside by the warriors with Marco following shortly after.
