Because Silent Assassin kills plagues the society and did not harm innocent people like other assassins. Whoever is her target is the one that she only kills.

It looked devastating and divine at the same time. He felt its considerable heft in his hands, yet it simply didn’t feel right in his grip. “This is a bit much.” He went back to the screen and tapped on a few buttons and filtered out everything but the smart and nimble classes. He scrolled through what was left until he came on Assassin. It looked sleek and deadly, with all-black armor and access to a variety of razor-sharp weapons. Not only that, but the skills and powers it came with sounded pretty awesome and insane. Tornado Attack, Shadowblade, Triple Assassinate… Just their names drew him towards it.

It was Mack, the son of the crime boss that had ordered her father's murder. For a moment, she was stunned. She couldn't bring herself to pull the trigger. So I found the most dangerous work I could.” She waited. “I was an assassin, Honor. A professional killer. I took contracts — targets — and I eliminated them. That was my life for the better part of a decade.” She stopped walking. He stopped too, hands in his pockets, and let her look at him. Let her take the time she needed to put it together, to decide what she thought of it. He’d learned enough about her to know that rushing her to a reaction she hadn’t fully formed would only make it worse.

They seemed to have a pretty good understanding of each other. Meaning that the 'missing' partner was going to implement the known rule of acting from different fronts. They were just two, but they had him surrounded. He knew they wanted him to turn before they killed him, an excellent move if he could say so himself. In that brief moment when his balance was slightly compromised, it would be perfect for any of them to attack. Plus added to the fact that when he turned he would be able to see the assassin who wasn't hidden was brilliant. This was meant to disorient the blond haired boy, who would be expected to be surprised at the new entry and respond with the reflexive yet cliché question,
