Luminous: The Throne

Luminous: The Throne

“You must learn to move without thinking. To feel intention. To read air. To sense Luminous tension before it forms.” Eryx nodded. “He’s right. If someone is targeting you… they will strike unpredictably.” Seraphine wrung her hands. “But this is too fast—” “It is not fast enough,” Kael said. “Assassins trained in Ignis or Eurus can kill before a guard blinks.” Alessia’s breath trembled. Kael looked at her firmly. “You will not survive by hoping someone saves you,” he said. “You will survive because you trained to.”

Rejected Luna: I Will Take Everything Mine

Rejected Luna: I Will Take Everything Mine

They would never stop watching me until I died, ensuring that their secrets were safe with me. “Your movements are slow.” “You give your opponent a lot of openings to attack you.” “You’re too fast and in a hurry that you can’t focus on your opponent’s movements.” “You have to stab his chest properly.” “Rest. Give him vitamins to speed up his body’s regeneration.” I shivered with fear every time I saw those rogue assassins training. Watching them fight was much more terrifying than when I watched wolves fight. They were just training, but they were using real swords and knives.

The Alpha’s Discarded Bride

The Alpha’s Discarded Bride

“Did what?” Kael didn’t look at me when he answered. “Collapsed his own system.” My brows tightened. He finally reached out, tilting the man’s jaw just slightly. “They train for this so they won't survive interrogation or get captured.” He said flatly. His words stayed in my head longer than they should have and I began thinking deeply. Kael stood again, stepping back as if the body had already stopped mattering. “He was already prepared to kill himself if things went wrong

The Paralyzed Billionaire and his nurse: A love story

The Paralyzed Billionaire and his nurse: A love story

Yet, anyone who mistook his academic brilliance for vulnerability would find themselves in a shallow grave. I leaned back in my chair, remembering the grueling months in our Dubai penthouse. I knew the streets of America would be dangerous, so I had personally utilized my underground networks to hire a ghost-tier personal combat instructor—a former international operative—and flew him secretly into the UAE. For three hours every night, after his online AP calculus courses were finished, Justice had bled on the training mats. He had mastered blind-strike counter-measures, close-quarters disarming techniques, and pressure-point neutralizations.

Assassinate The Alpha

Assassinate The Alpha

He pesters me as I struggle with myself to at least be able to wiggle my fingers. I hate him. I hate him so much. No particular reason as to why they want him dead? His words right now are enough reasons. What part made me this unconscious? Was it the hit? Or was it the fact that I cut myself? Was it my blood? I have bled one too many times. Aunt Kitra made sure I never had my trainings easy. “What is an assassin if you cannot fight the same death you have made your job?” He continues to pester me as he increases his pressure on my foot.

The Assassin's Obsession

I was choosing to believe him, so I said, "Okay." "I was told there would be some sort of mini-" I made a big mistake and looked into his eyes, and his intense stare took me off my track for a few seconds. I cleared my throat. "Well, I was told that you might want to interview me or need me to fill a form to prove my competence." I almost rolled my eyes at the word 'competence'. He nodded. "Yes. I have an NDA I need you to sign before you start." At my confused look, he added, "It's nothing too intense."

The Return of the War Legate

The Return of the War Legate

The place had been outfitted with two to three levels of underground training grounds. Bloody Rose had always been known to be as powerful as Black Nergal. A large number of assassins were trained here, rendering services to other organizations and even engaging in wars. The internal structure of its headquarters was so complicated that it was difficult for a person who did not know it well enough to complete the mission. Ivy and the others were the only suitable candidates for the mission.

The Alpha Assassin

The Alpha Assassin

I retorted. “There are many ways to kill. Brute force doesn’t equate to all of them, not even many. Death was my job, and I found it worked best when you had the element of surprise. Assassins prefer a silent, clean kill. Blood and gore is extra.” He tried a smile, but his eyes were far away and hollow.

Miss M
Great story! Very well written with a strong main character and storyline. Well developed characters that you can sympathize with and dislike their actions at the same time. Would be awesome if there was a prequel story and just waiting on the sequel. Mar 27/24

Such a refreshing read!!! STRONG female lead. This was so different and so insanely satisfying. It has everything, drama, love, friendship, rebuilding. You’ll laugh and cry and go on an emotional roller coaster but it’s worth it. I’m going to re read it now

To Assassinate an Alpha

To Assassinate an Alpha

Asha was a Beta and normally trained on the other side of the training field with the rest of the pack, unlike Layla who trained alone with Adrian because she was trained for a specific purpose. Ever since she could remember, Blake had made sure that she was trained by his best warriors, trained to be an assassin. From the time he had rescued her as a child, Blake told her how her entire family had been murdered by the Alpha of the Black Water Pack, Seth Black Water.
