Luna Lyra
“Well, I trust you, Lyra. I believe you can help me.”
I smiled. “I’m glad. You’re not alone in this, Calista. The Moon Goddess is with us and it’ll surely work out fine.”
The fire crackled behind us as a comfortable silence settled in, but there was an undercurrent of something deeper now. A sense of hope, fragile but present. The kind that came when you realized that maybe, just maybe, things could be better than you ever thought possible.
“Tomorrow,” Calista repeated softly, almost as if testing the word. “We’ll see.”
