While I took my phone and opened N*****x, I searched for the Bridgerton series and added it to my list. He came back after ten minutes with the first two books, Daphne and Anthony’s story. He settles back into bed with me and hands me The Duke and I. I start reading out loud and after the first two chapters, Blake tells me that we should switch to the audio book so it would be easier for us and I won’t have to stress myself reading out loud.

He has millions of subscribers who tune in with each audio to hear him narrate a sexy story, accompanied by his groans and moans.

I wish I had enough money for a phone and cordless headphones because it would be nice to fill some of this time with audio books. Maddie and I visit the public library every single Saturday morning. We check out the maximum number of books that we’re allowed, and we finish most of them before the next visit. We are both speed readers and enjoy learning as much as we can on almost any subject. But I can’t read on the job, so despite the library having free books on audio, most of my day is spent in silence.

And I have a specific taste in the choice of novels I enjoy, Romance and the dirtier and more fantasy they are the better. I may have spent over four hundred dollars on a pay for reading app within the last six months and in the last year listened to 98 Audible books totaling over 34,697 minutes of romance, 14,151 minutes of fantasy and sci-fi and 9,336 minutes of fictions. Kennedy POV. The weather was bad, but I needed to get that new book, it's Robert birthday gift, who'd knew a grown up man would kill for the newest werewolf love book. I got into my car, drove carefully toward the local book store, they had the new book reserved for me. It was supposed to one quick drive, until I walked into the library. A girl was sitting on a bean bag, her blond hair was covering her eyes with overgrown bangs, she tried to huff them away from her face but to no use. She looked young, maybe she's just here with her parents, looking down at the book she had in her hands it was a kids story. Does she read for the local kids? Or is it just for her?

And no doubt, have hot dreams about it. It’s another book suggestion from her. I’ve just finished the last one she recommended, and honestly, I shouldn’t dive into another. Once I start reading, I lose myself completely. But this time, she’s telling me to listen to it. Audiobook. That’s new. Before I even realize what I’m doing, I click the link she sent, and in a matter of seconds, the book is purchased and playing through my home speakers. I settle back in bed, letting the narrator’s deep voice wash over me, and within moments, I realize Lucy’s sent me a stalker romance. Great.
