Atum stood for several moments, taking in the sight before him and trying to work out where to even start looking for anything intact enough to hold the combined spell of Thoth and himself.
"It doesn't have to be perfect," he mumbled to himself, picking up the broken shard of what had once been an Aztec idol. "But I fear even finding a decent impaired vessel will be like finding a needle in a haystack." He stepped back, cringing as his foot stuck in the sticky mess of blood and dust. "Or perhaps hay in a needle-stack. It will be rather painful, I think."
