“Then let’s finish this. Once and for all, let's end all of this.” I turned back to the mist, narrowing my eyes as Tatiana’s figure finally began to take shape. A crown of black thorns. A gown of smoke. Eyes like ice. “You wanted war?” I snarled at her, my voice low and dangerous. “Then you’ve got one.” I dropped to all fours, crouched low, muscles coiled tight. And then I charged. My pack followed. And the battlefield became fire and teeth and vengeance.

His hair was completely shaved, and a tattoo of a dragon skull went up the side of his head. Scars painted his honey skin like tattoos. I noticed his left ear was also pierced. It must be some kind of form of honour once you are accepted as a warrior.
