A few feet in front of me stands a child not more than thirteen years old, dressed in black, her hair hanging straight and lifeless around her face. “I didn’t want to kill your leader, but we cannot let the bandits continue their reign of terror. Join us, Arit. Help us bring an end to this war and secure a future for all our people.” Arit remained on her knees, her shoulders shaking with silent sobs. Her warriors, now disarmed, looked to her for guidance. The forest, which had been filled with the sounds of battle, now held a tense silence as everyone waited for her decision. Finally, Arit took a deep breath and nodded. “For the sake of my people, I will join you,” she said, her voice steadier. “But remember, Alpha Ava, I will hold you to your promise of peace.”

He reached into the air and pulled a handful of the black butterflies, turning them into a bridge of violet-grey starlight that led to Hope. "I’m coming for you, Sister!" Leo roared, his runes turning a steady, brilliant emerald-silver. But as he reached the center, the Black-Emerald Heart exploded. Hope didn't emerge as a girl. She emerged as the Avatar of the Nineteenth Cycle. She was fifteen feet tall, her body made of liquid obsidian, her hair a river of black-emerald fire. She raised her hands, and the Stone-Dolls around us began to wake up.

It looked painful and I'm sure it was, I was filled with surprise, Victor had told me more about him than I had ever been able to find out for myself. He had undressed in front of me again but not physically but emotionally, I had no idea he was adopted and severely believed he could be a murderer, but instead, he ended up being a huge white wolf, he was almost three meters tall and his eyes shone intensely of a metallic blue color.

Caleb opened fire, his magnetic rifle sending high-velocity slugs ripping through the first droid’s armored chassis, but the other three adjusted their shields instantly, their heavy footsteps grinding the metal floor as they advanced on his position. Miria exhaled softly, but worried once more when she saw the little kitten climbing the thug and resuming its ‘battle’ with the the man’s clothes. The world came back to Jai. Now that he understood how the thug fights, he could think up a plan. Adding up his knowledge about Avatar series, he pretended to fight a real earth bender. He knew that was crazy, but he did not have the upperhand here, not with Miria and little Usha there. Jai looked at the men, who was quite busy entertaining themselves with Usha’s adorable fussing. Jai corrected his stance and got himself ready once again.

The last thing I wanted to do was look down at what lay at the bottom of the split earth. Even though my brain kept screaming for me to look I focused on pulling myself up. When I was sure I wouldn’t fall to my death I got to my feet and moved as far away from the cracks as possible. I stared at Jade incredulously. She was muttering under her breath but I wasn’t paying attention to that. The words didn’t make sense anyway. I couldn’t believe that this was her gift. She was like Toph from The Last Air bender. Not only was I surprised but I was in awe of her. “Can you make rocks fly?” I asked. The chanting stopped as she looked at me.

The new version of Avatar is excellent." "Let's go." Arnold didn't hesitate and grabbed Hana's hand. "You’re safe here. Don’t worry." Hana was led helplessly away by Arnold while Ava escorted them from behind. As I watched them leave, I fell into contemplation. It seemed that Hana’s story wasn't as simple as she claimed. She hadn’t told me the whole truth.
