Zayden had appeared out of nowhere, his grin mischievous. “The fuck! Dude, you scared me. Stop doing that.” She slapped his chest with a sharp glare. He raised his hands, smirking. “I thought you already left.” “Waiting for Ava. Could you do me a favour and leave?” Trudy shot back, folding her arms. “It’s funny,” Zayden said, stepping into her space, “how you sound different over text. And physically? You get defensive.” “What can I say?” Trudy retorted, poking a finger into his chest. “I have a lot of personalities. And one of them doesn’t like you.”

I tell him no and wait for him to sit down, then I say cautiously, “Taran, I know this will sound confusing, but my name is Trudy, and I’m from five hundred years in the future.” Taran looks confused but doesn’t say anything at first. Then he asks, “How did you end up here?” I tell him everything. I explained that my grandmother believed I was Gesina, but I had no magic. I tell Taran about how he saved me from Bryan, our life together, and the dragon stone. Taran never interrupts. He listens. Finally, once I finish, he speaks, “Show me.” “Show you what?” I ask in a confused voice.

“We’re here.” Olga looked at the wilderness surrounding them and scowled. “Just what is here?” “I told you that it’s hidden,” Trudy replied. “Is it going to show itself?” Rex asked while the rest of his people mumbled in low tones. “Patience,” Trudy said with a smug grin. Pulling a small crystal wand from a sheath that was tucked into her waist, she made a symbol in the air. The group’s gasps were abundant as the air got wavy and their surroundings shifted from lush wilderness to large, well-kept community.

[Thad’s POV] I don’t speak as Trudy buries her face in my chest, breathing me in while she does a damn good job of pretending that she was actually happy to see me. However, I know better than to fall for her tricks this time. And because of that, I reach down, grabbing her arms and pulling them off of me, then stepping back and wrapping an arm around Brielle. As I do so, Trudy’s gaze drifts to my arm and then back up to my face while a look of questioning crosses it.

One of his cheeks instantly became red and swollen. "You ingrate! I fucking went to prison for you. But not only do you not appreciate it, you even call me an ex-convict? Since your parents never taught you any manners, I'll do it for them!" "How dare you hit my son? You'll pay for it!" Trudy shrieked, lunging at Woody with her claw-like nails. Woody whipped around and shot her a fearsome gaze, cold and icy. "Get lost!" What harrowing eyes! Trudy was so shocked that she blanched. Her legs trembled and gave way, and she fell to the ground weakly.

Kimi replied by looking at Trudy who had been keeping her eyes down. Then it made me both surprised and suspicious, "why didn't Trudy go into hiding?" I glanced at the middle-aged woman. The maid whose full name is Trudy Lilyana answered my question without looking at the person she was talking to, “I didn't have time to hide, miss. Because when I heard the roar, I immediately saw the situation outside.” Before Trudy had finished explaining the reason, Kimi had interrupted the waiter's words quickly. “That's because you are a descendant of one of the nations. You are no ordinary human.”

“I don’t know him.” “He seemed to know you.” “Nifty.” My nose twitched as I refused to talk anymore about it. Pulling open the door to the classroom. “Don’t pretend you weren’t eye-fucking the shit out of him.” Trudy whispered. “That boy is lava hot.” “I didn’t notice.” “The hell you didn’t!” She hissed. “A granddaughter! Oh, I get to make little dresses for her!” We laughed, and then we saw Trudy’s expression change. “Oh, my goodness! Come inside. Why are you standing so long!” William comes outside, and then we have to explain it all over again, before we made it inside. "What do you want to eat, Shutterbug?" Will asked. “I’m craving fruit these days. Any kind you have would be great.” I went with Trudy to the kitchen and started helping her. She smiled with excitement and then looked at me. We were in the kitchen alone, and she took the moment to speak to me privately.

Nick was always on time. That was a good thing, he got acquainted to the girls before Jeremy, Eric and Sam came along. Mallory had actually brought someone as well, Tristan Grant.
