I left to get her a fruit juice and got a glass of beer for me as well, but when I came back to our table, I didn't see her anywhere. Confused, I started looking everywhere for her with our drinks in my hands and found her on the deck while looking at the vast ocean.

I quickly picked up the bottle of aspirin on my desk and gulped it down with a bottle of water I found on my desk too.

Does your head still hurt?” The mephitic, acidic envy was gone and was replaced by extreme embarrassment. “Ah.” Adler hastily covered his face with his large palm, he doesn’t want her to see his face that was heating up and getting bright red, particularly his cheeks. “Now I’m embarrassed. You got to see me in that kind of state.” She giggled lightly at his embarrassment, and he wanted to die in mortification. “That’s okay. You got to see me in an embarrassing state too, so we’re even.”

It seems like I have guessed correctly because I see Indigo and Ajax casting awkward glances at one another. Indigo nervously chuckles. “Wow. You are a lot sharper than I give you credit for.” He jokes in a weak attempt to lighten the mood, to which Ajax returns with a pointed sneer. Indigo quickly clears his throat to regain his posture. “Sorry. Belle, you’re right. We are keeping the existence of abnormal wolves secret.”

I follow him toward the door where Archer continues to stand, unmoving. “Archer,” Beau says and starts to move like he’s going to go past him. Archer sidesteps into his direct path. Beau raises a brow. Archer glowers. I stop at Beau’s side, unsure.

They paid the bar on behalf of Beauty who had fallen asleep. Giveon assisted her as they took Beauty home. They sat in the back seat while Giveon drove. Beautiful eyes flutter open and for some seconds she thought she was seeing otherwise when she saw Mirabel by herself. “Is that you Mimi?” She asked. “Yes B, it’s me,” she replied. “I’m sorry,” she mumbled. “I don’t hate you…” she slurred. “I… can… never… I hate you.” “I… was… just angry. I…. Miss you and I’m… sorry.” Those were all of the words that Mirabel was able to hear before Beauty started speaking incoherently and eventually fell asleep in Mirabel's arms.

Beau asked breaking me out of my thoughts I felt my cheeks get hot when I realized I hadn't said anything and my two friends snorted behind behind my back and I rolled my eyes. "Sorry. Uh. Thank you for helping us out this morning," I said and he smiled. And damn it to hell, his smile was breathtakingly beautiful. Beau was a beautiful male with striking eyes and slender built.

Bring the twins if they were still up.’ Morbius jolted from hearing the endearment of his beloved mate to him but smirked and finished combing his hair which he never cared about before. “You look good. You always look good.” Morbius smirked against the full-body mirror in the dressing room within his chamber. He never cared before about how he looked since he already knew that he was handsome and for some reason, he could see his reflection in a mirror.
