Hannah asked me. I nodded. I grabbed the keys from the guards pocket and shifted back to my human form. My bones cracked, my fur disappeared and my body came back to normal. I took the keys and released everyone from their chains. The heavy clinks of metal fell to the floor as they rose to their feet. They rubbed their wrists where they had been chained and sighed in relief. They must have been locked up for a long time. Hannah hugged me tightly "Thank you so much" I held her back "You're welcome. I missed you"

They just reached for me. “Don’t touch me! Let me go!” I screamed. “Let me go!” One of them grunted. “She’s small. Thought she’d weigh more.” “Doesn’t matter,” the other muttered. “Orders are orders.” Then another man came in behind them. He was small and has a cruel smile. “Hey,” he laughed. “We don’t need all this noise.” He waved a hand at the guards. “Take those cuffs off.” The guard nearest me unlocked the chains at my wrists. They fell off as I felt my skin burn under the fresh air.

He stared at the steel wire in James’ hands and asked, “What is this thing? How did it manage to slice through the thousand-year quartz steel?” James smiled. Then, he sliced through the remaining chains and said, “Let’s break out of this place together.” The man was freed, but he did not leave. Instead, he sat in a lotus position.

~RAVENNA~ Biting down hard on my lower lip, I tried not to think of running away as the man before me unchained me. With a loud sound of crashing metals, the chains were finally removed from my wrists and ankles. They don’t know it’s me yet. I still have time to help my pack escape this hell. The metal burned where it had bitten too deep, drawing a wince from me. I sucked in a breath, refusing to let them see my fear. I won’t give them that satisfaction.

Alex disappeared again. He came back moments later and said, “Here, try this.” Blake took the key and shoved it into the lock of my chains, it instantly clicking into place and the chains unlocking, falling from my hands. I sighed in relief, overcome with happiness to be able to move my arms freely again.

My first thought is to remove my hands from him but when I try I find his loose hold to be much tighter than I thought. Looking down at my hands I realize that my cuffs are changing. They fade away right before my eyes. Following the chain of them as if connects to the other prisoners, gasps fill the air as we watch them disappear in awe. When we are all free he quickly releases me and takes a step back as he looks over his handy work. His eyes have still yet to turn back.

Without saying a word, he clasped the long manacles around her ankles then he freed her from the other chains that kept her feet bound to the bed then he repeated the same process with her hands.

“We’re here to help!” “Get me out of these chains!” Johnson shouted, struggling against his bonds. Lito ran toward him, kicking at the chains. “Hang on!” he urged. As they worked to free Johnson, the guards began to close in. “Hurry! We don’t have much time!” Finally, with a loud snap, the chains fell away. Johnson stumbled to his feet, his face a mix of relief and disbelief. “I thought I was done for!” “Not yet,” Pedro replied, ushering everyone toward the fence. “We need to move!”
