Azrael don’t have any idea how Ouriel learned a song from the human world but he actually sounded great when he sang with the band. A middle-aged woman beside her said, “Your boyfriend’s really good.” Azrael glances at her with plain expression. She must’ve saw Ouriel winked at her and thought they were a couple. “He’s my brother.” Azrael replied. In the middle of the song, Azrael’s phone rang. She moved away from the crowd and checked her phone. It was Yerach, they haven’t talked about what happened but she answered him, “What?” she retorted.

“Don’t want it in your eyes when we’re moving tonight.” Azrael’s tail tightened around my ankle, a silent warning. Both touches branded me. My pulse stuttered. My hormones threw an outright rave. My brain quietly filed for divorce and moved to another dimension. Azrael leaned in, voice silky and pitched just loud enough for Eryx. “You missed a spot, love.” His thumb brushed slow and deliberate across my lower lip. “Sauce.” There was no sauce. Not a drop. Eryx’s spoon groaned as the metal bent further in his grip.

Rui wasn’t very optimistic about the team’s chances in this group battle. “Your luck still stinks!” Burke’s mood soured again, glaring at Cole. “You got a dog’s face or something? Flipping so quickly?” Cole rolled his eyes, clearly uninterested in arguing. “Let’s strategize,” Rui suggested. The group huddled together to discuss. Cole began by briefing them on Elisa’s team. Team leader Elisa was a hybrid esper with both physical enhancement and mental manipulation powers. She enhanced her physical abilities, particularly strength and speed, through sheer willpower. Despite her cute, innocent appearance, she was extremely brutal in battle.

“Ah? Really? But–” “I am not sure why, but may I ask what you are doing here in my quarters?” Azriel’s calm voice comes from behind Aiden. I stiffen, but Aiden doesn’t. He turns around while I peek from behind alpha Aiden. Alpha Azriel looks livid if one goes by his stormy eyes, which have gone black. “I am inquiring about Aysel’s work. Why is she looking after accounts?” Alpha Aiden asks instead of replying. Azriel lets out a derisive chuckle and shakes his head. “I am surprised by how much of a hero you act in front of others while they are being someone else’s responsibility.”

I muttered sourly and Samson pffted at me. “Not all of us. Some of us want to find mates, settle down, and experience love,” he yawned. “I suppose the same thing can be said about women too,” I laughed sarcastically and quieted. “I kinda feel sorry for him,” I muttered then asked what Kryoz was in all of it. “He is Lucifer’s enforcer, and if he's looking for Eros, it means that Eros isn't meeting his quota. Hmmm, I wonder what would be keeping him from that,” Samson questioned while widening his yellow eyes at me accusingly.

“Who was he talking about, Azrael? Who is Elias and Jade?” This wasn’t going to end well. “Elias is the God of Sex, and Jade is his consort, the Goddess of Jealousy.”

This baby has no soul; it is cursed to be Azrael’s human body by Satan. Azrael was currently running on the roofs of the houses in the spirit world, the replica of the human world but this place was only covered with blue and gray color. She spread her black wings then flew through the top of their mansion. After reaching this destination, she sat down at the top of their roof where her room is near. She returned back as a human and the place suddenly turned into a colorful world. She’s now back to being a human that lives in the land of the living.

He was studying Eros and the baby all long to notice something. “You gave her your life force!” Azriel panicked, looking at him because he had gone crazy. “I shared it with her, dummy.” Eros replied, taking the child out his arms into his own, not caring that it was bloody. “Are you crazy? She’s cursed!” Azriel yelled at him. Eros saw red at his statement, it felt unjust hearing that coming from Azriel’s mouth. “She’s different, Just like me!” He defended her. Azriel was shocked, clearly his brother has lost his goddamn mind. He tied his soul with Lord Ambrose’s daughter?

Aria spun. Riri — no, Eris — stood there, barely clothed, her long black with a violet or wine - red shimmer, even cascading shadowy curls with a dark - lavender gloss hair draped across her shoulders like chains. Deep purple eyes stared into Aria like she wanted to consume her from the inside out. And yet she looked wounded. Not just jealous. Devastated. Aria blinked, confused. “Riri…?” “You let her touch you,” Eris whispered, stepping forward, bare feet silent on the wet dream - floor. “You let her taste you. My love… how could you?”
