Zeke and I sit at a small table in a busy Italian restaurant, waiting on our orders. Hopefully, the food was better than the movie we had just seen. There was an hour and a half of my life that I would never get back. “So what did you think of the movie?” Zeke asks. “Uhmm,” I say with a cringe. “What? You didn’t like it? Seriously?” “How could you like?” I tell him. “It was awful. It was nothing but screams and predictable jump scares. The plot was flimsy at best and recycled from a hundred other horror movies.”

She stuttered moving two steps backward, it was like a beast from hell as it bared its fangs at her growling aggressively "Please..please...don't hurt me, please, PLEASE!" The beast sank its teeth into her neck as she screamed and thrashed about for help. However, an eerie silence followed soon after as the beast ripped her to shreds and feasted on her corpse. Ashes were smeared along the pathway, gradually fading into footprints that ventured deeper into the narrow hallway. The misty gleamed red, like the terrible drop of a blood oath, before squirting onto the rotten ground. "Shit, this place is scary; I mean, Hollywood movies are kind of scary," Diana murmured as she noticed the hoary tree knots glaring at her like baleful eyes. She felt like the devil's forest was infecting her with its evil darkness, like it was talking to her; she could almost feel the breathing whiz of the moistened turf. Diana had never encountered these sentiments on her many journeys. She had battled her demons in her nightmare, quarrelling after the dreadful monster in the fathomless bowels and dripping basins of the deepest caves of her dream; however, this forest was scarier.

His wrinkled face looked like it was crawling with countless wriggling worms. I shuddered and stepped back, whispering to Silvia, "Good thing I've got you. This place is terrifying." She snorted and suddenly shoved me forward, straight toward George. With an icy laugh, she said, "This pretty boy will make a great offering. You're going to love him." Before I could react, George gestured, and several eerie puppets stepped forward to pin me down and drain my blood. A sharp bell rang out, echoing through the night.

The sight before Lisa was both haunting and macabre. Two lifeless bodies lay sprawled on the forest floor, their contorted forms telling a tale of violence and death. The stench of decay hung heavily in the air, assaulting her senses and intensifying her feelings of horror and disgust. She approached cautiously, her steps hesitant, unwilling to disturb the grim tableau before her. The moon's feeble light cast eerie shadows, painting a ghastly portrait of the lifeless figures. Lisa's heart raced, her mind racing to comprehend the ghastly scene unfolding before her eyes.

The sinister voice echoed through the void like a haunting chant, "Kill her... Kill her, and the money is yours... Kill her!"
