Its eyes burn brightly like hot coals and an earth shattering roar left its mouth, its razor sharp talons which could tear through anything. The sight of the dragon sent tremors through the men and they retreat carefully.

She watched as intelligence swam behind the eyes of the dragon that had found her, yet never gave her away. They were as magnificent as they were deadly. She fell back onto her hands, confused about how she could be in awe of such vile creatures. What has come over me?

Yes, I was an earth dragon, but unlike my brothers, I was also a gifted dragon, just like Adam. Adam was the Emerald dragon, while I, Urien Dragnoir, had the Onyx dragon. A pure black beast. Elisa gasped and then ran her hand over my snout, and my dragon melted into her, and then huffed, lowering his head.

“You have to control it, don’t let it consume you!” He glanced at her, a feral smile on his lips, amber eyes glowing like molten gold. “I don’t want control right now,” he growled, claws scraping the scorched earth. “I want to burn through them, and I want you.” Before she could protest, the dragon within him surged forward. Flames erupted from his body like molten waves, roaring across the battlefield, incinerating enemy ranks. Soldiers fell to their knees, shields raised against the heat, and even the monstrous beasts recoiled, the dragon’s raw power unrelenting.
