There was nothing human in the way that he looked at me. That was okay. I knew that if I looked over at the mirror above the dresser. My eyes would be the deep obsidian of my dragon.

She screamed and hid behind him when she saw us. “WHO ARE YOU?!” Big Boss exclaimed looking back and forth on us. I take a good look at him. He looks like the same age as me. “It’s not for you to know.” Black Dragon answered pointing his gun to him. I gripped my own gun, ready to use it if needed. Big Boss is about to move while the woman positioned to run. Black Dragon spoke. “Move even an inch and I’ll blow your heads simultaneously.” His voice sounded cold and emotionless. I looked at him and was startled to see his face expressionless. He looked like a professional cold blooded killer. Big Boss and the woman froze. Black Dragon turned to the woman.

Letting out a roar, he swung his sword in a large arc and annihilated all the dragon clones. "What Nether Dragon? It's nothing more than a disgusting, overgrown lizard! Before my power, it's utterly insignificant!" Adrian retorted coldly. “Impossible!” The monster king was shocked to his core. He hadn't anticipated Adrian to be so formidable that he could eliminate his Nether Dragon so swiftly. The strength of the Nether Dragon lay in its ability to continually split and regenerate as long as one of its clones remained alive. However, Adrian had killed all the clones before they could split further, preventing their regeneration.

Every word bit into my flesh as he continued to tell his terrible story. "Let me tell you a little bit about your father. Obviously you know now that he was what we called the King of the Dragons. A god amongst us if you will. Blood Dragons are well known for their blood magic and it's a powerful one at that. If he so much as wanted to, he could explode a mountain with just a snap of his fingers." Drake snapped his fingers to make a point. "He was revered as the greatest Dragon. He was compassionate, but also extremely stubborn." He gave me a pointed look before continuing.

Zadicus trailed off, trying to comprehend, launching a far away attack to stop this but it absorbed his attack. A screech of an incredibly high decibel came, appalling not only Zadicus but everyone at Aziel. Breaking that crack further, A sapphire dragon with pitch black patterns emerged. It had a sapphire over its head, shining brightly, coming out the crack, releasing another screech. “What the-” Zadicus couldn’t believe they had to deal with another dragon in order to stop further destruction. “My most favorite one, Sapphire Lynix. The consumer of magic.” Katastrofi enunciated, holding his hand out towards his greatest creation for all of them to behold and fear it.

'Me too' Drakos, his dragon chimed. 'But don't forget her greed is the reason you found a girl who is making you feel crazy for her, even before you recognized her as our mate. We found all the other women before her are bland and boring. Their strong perfumes and a ton of makeup on their plastic faces used to make me gag.
