The Rise of a Master: It Starts With Rejection

The Rise of a Master: It Starts With Rejection

Bartholomew was one of the most famous generals of the Bronze Age, renowned for repelling invaders and overseeing the construction of the Great Fence and vast road networks. "Bartholomew is my elder brother," Benjamin replied solemnly. A collective gasp echoed among the group. The revelation was staggering—this man had somehow survived for over 2,000 years. Felix's face mirrored their shock, his heart pounding as he processed the impossible. While history recorded Bartholomew's younger brother, Brayden Stone, there was no mention of a third sibling named Benjamin. Before Felix could respond, Benjamin knelt again, his voice trembling with emotion.

Jayden's Luck

Jayden's Luck

Gift Ebeluhi
In a very short time, I had several names and a pair of addresses (or what passes for an address in the Bottoms). - "You're a marvel." I told her. - "You're just figuring that out now?" she said. I spent the afternoon in the Bottoms, visiting the wives of two crewmen from the arrow. In between, I stopped in at the Gale, and gave Mehdawi a hand. In the early evening, I was back at Marno's, buying drinks, and talking to dockworkers. In the course of a busy day, I learned a few things: - Borszok, the former Captain of the Arrow, had been honest and upstanding (for a pirate, that is). He was also completely devoted to his rather ugly wife and their two children. It was common knowledge that he'd

Alpha Nocturne's Contracted Mate

Alpha Nocturne's Contracted Mate

But Bartholomew paid him no mind as he browsed the shelves with a deep frown until finally, his face lit up and he pulled a book from the shelves, scurrying back to his desk with it and rifling through his drawers as he took his seat. "Do you want to tell us what that was about?" Adam asked curiously as he leaned onto Bartholomew's desk. "What?" Bartholomew uttered distractedly as he pulled out what looked like a leather book and sat it on his desk before him. He met Adam's gaza with mild confusion, his hands resting on both books, before the realization suddenly dawned on him. "Oh! My apologies. That was Lord Brarthroroz." He said as the Commander snorted loudly.

How can this book be on the top read when the author stopped updating months ago. Author should pay penalties when they don’t keep updates consistent. I would give it a 1 star but you won’t see my review. Do t bother reading is hasn’t been updated for over 8 months.

I'm the Pirate Queen

I'm the Pirate Queen

"Lilibeth, stop making Hank angry. He normally treats you so well and buys you clothes and purses. Just take my place in the shark tank this once and treat this as paying him back. Besides, you scrub and mop the deck all day, so you must have some very steady footing. There's no way you'll slip." The trust-fund kids around us also joined in and started to make a scene. "Yeah, that's right! Why is a cleaner acting so proud?" "Get down there already. Don't ruin the show for all of us!" I looked at all the well-dressed fools around me as I scoffed. If this were a year ago, I would have tied up every one of them and hung them from the mast to let them taste the sea breeze. My name was Lilibeth B

The Amazing Doctor

The Amazing Doctor

Bartholomew fell to the ground and began crying loudly. "Oh my grandson… Oh lord!" Bartholomew was more than 70 years old, but he had had to bid farewell to his descendants. First his son and daughter-in-law, and now his grandson. It was tragic. "Who would be so ruthless?" Sebastian gritted his teeth and clenched his fists tightly. "Mr. Ballard, I'm begging you. Please save my grandson!" Bartholomew knelt in front of Sebastian. Sebastian was silent for a moment before he nodded reluctantly and said, "Mr. Haye, the truth is that I'm not 100% confident, but I'll try my best. You mustn't let anything happen to him for the next few days."

The Dark Witch Luna Queen & The Alpha Book 2

Jasper quickly said. Bartholomew tilted his head to the side, "Well I know you are Lucindas great granddaughter, that in itself is powerful. I have been watching longer than you think." Bartholomew said. "You may know Lucinda but you don't know me, what I am or what I have been through. If you have watched like the stalker you are then you should know am I right?" I asked. "I know that you are of mixed races but were wolfless but you didn't need a wolf when you have other powers." Bartholomew replied. "Yet, you still don't know how I did everything here today. You see, I am not the only powerful being here. I know you set your eyes on the twins and you are curious about them. You set your ey

His Fifth Mate

His Fifth Mate

I thunder at him, and he raises his eyebrows confusingly, but I won't fall for that easily. "What are you talking about, Alpha?" He asks, looking clueless. "The Alpha of Blood Moon Pack now knows that I'm cursed, who do you want me to blame for that, huh? You and I are the only ones that know about this, are you possibly thinking that I told him by myself?" I slam my hands on the table in his chamber, and he sighs briefly, not even flinching a bit. Roan is known as the third most powerful werewolf in the pack, after myself and Axel. He is the priest, so he is entitled to have that power.

Voyages In The Night

Voyages In The Night

William said calmly, looking at the tavern with sadness in his eyes. “You see, William’s grandfather was the infamous Captain Greybeard, and his treasure holds the power to break a curse that had been placed upon the crew and their descendants by a witch who was cast aside by Greybeard. She gifted them with the curse of time, meaning that they would live unnaturally long lives unless they were killed in an unnatural way.” Edward continued. “You’re barking! There’s no such things as witches!” Ashe shouts. “No, witches are real, and they have a thing for pirates. Which is what we were until we tried to leave Bermuda.” Harry tells her.

The Kind Villain: A Legend of Woof-Woof

The Kind Villain: A Legend of Woof-Woof

"They do whatever pleases them. Their mess is not my responsibility. Just go ahead and kill them or report them to the knights. Make sure you play with death very well." Ophelia suggests that "Why won't you command your pirate minions? You're the captain of the ship." "Pirate?" "Dad, what's a pirate?" "I don't do free favors." He shrugs. "It's not a— Alright." I calmed myself a bit. "Perhaps it's the compensation for the fray I had done. What do you want?" "Ten million gold!" "You just got a whole treasure, greedy," Ophelia says. "I cannot afford that. You won't mind if I report your pirate minions for the knights to capture them?"

Alpha Erik

"Not too sure I haven't seen anything about it yet. Though even if I did, you know I couldn't tell you." "So, coming here just wasted more of my time." I clipped. Balor leaned back in his chair, propping his feet up on his desk. "Not entirely. I can tell you about the pirate you are after." I sat a little straighter in my chair. At least that was something. "What did you see?"

Don’t let the price of the chapters fool you, these are the longest chapters I’ve ever seen. The price is well worth the amount you’re receiving. One of the best books yet, not only does the author do a wonderful job telling the story but also keeps you intrigued the entire time.

Love how this story is written. I have read the entire series and I can say it is a whirlwind of emotions. Alpha Erik is the first of the five book series and it stole my heart from the start. Definitely worth the read! Big chapters too!
