*Xavier’s POV The bathroom door opens with a creak as I enter after knocking twice and getting no response. Harley is in the bathtub, covered in bubbles with her head tilted backward and her eyes closed. Her bare arms press on both sides of the tub, skin paler than usual. I stalk towards her, untying my tie and throwing it on the floor. When I reach her, she doesn't react to my presence and her ignorance disturbs me. I have been trying to talk to her since last night but she has avoided me. She didn't even pick up my calls today, leaving me worried until I tracked her number to her college. I rest my arms around the edge of the tub as I crouch beside her.

Bart was instantly angered when he heard the sneers from Harvey. He did not waste his breath at all and immediately pointed toward Harvey's direction with his gun and pulled the trigger. "Sir!" "Harvey!" The people from the Xavier family all cried out in panic. Bang! Harvey calmly reached out his right hand and grabbed Bart by the wrist. Hazel POV I was already awake, but I hadn’t gotten out of bed. I was trying to recall the details of the dream I had the night before. It was in the woods and I was chasing after Xavier with my dagger drawn. “Come on, Xavier. Don’t leave.” I pleaded. And then he did stop. “I will always be here,” he said. “What do you want?” It didn’t make sense to me and it made my blood boil. We walk into his room and walk out his room door. We head to the dining room and when we pass by Xavier’s room, the door opens and he steps out, “Hey, you guys were missing in action all day, where did you guys go,” he asks us. “We went to train each other about our newly acquired abilities,” I tell him, “Yeah, Luna turned into a bat and she got her tail also, while I had my first shift today,” Blake continues after me.
