“Have you heard about the pre-wedding party Sandville High old students are having tomorrow for the couple?” “No,” Tasha hadn't heard anything of the sort. “I'm just hearing from you now.” “You must attend, there's no need for RSVP. I'm sure other sets will join us too. Beach Inn is the venue.” “I will,” Tasha agreed instantly, even to her own surprise. “Good,” Melissa beamed. The ladies were still catching up when the bell above the door chimed and two women walked in. Melissa smiled at them and called on Maria, her shop assistant, to attend to the customers. Not long after, the bell chimed again, and in came another.

"Nobody around for miles. The property owner rented it out to me for the next two days." I glanced at him. "You rented an entire beach?" "Technically, I rented the mansion that comes with the beach." He turned onto an even narrower road, this one barely paved. "Beach access is included." The road wound through dense vegetation before opening suddenly onto a clearing. A sprawling white mansion sat perched on a cliff overlooking the ocean, all clean lines and floor-to-ceiling windows that reflected the afternoon sun. "Holy shit," I breathed. Alexander parked in the circular driveway. "Wait till you see inside."

Seeing him makes me emotional. Everything from Friday night comes flooding back. "How did this happen?" Adam asks. He comes to the bed and takes off his jacket and then his shirt. He kicks off his shoes and lifts up the blankets. "We were at the beach. I fell in the water." Adam comes under and I try to not fixate on his bareness. "Come on," he says and takes off my mittens. He sets my chilled hands against his chest and my eyes open wide.

--- Bayview Shores. The air smelled of salt and sunscreen. I rolled down my car window, and the sun-warmed breeze washed away the fatigue of the drive. As I pulled up to the entrance of The Palms Resort, Clara burst out of the lobby, waving wildly. "Lisa! Over here!" I parked, and Clara immediately latched onto my arm, her eyes sparkling. "C'mon! Let's get you to your room—the view's insane!" "Room?" I raised an eyebrow. I let myself be led away from the main hotel building, toward a row of standalone beachfront villas.

Because Kasmine shifted in her seat, tucking her legs beneath her, hugging her arms around herself as she stared out at the rolling waves. I killed the engine and stepped out, taking in the grand sight before me. The beach itself stretched endlessly beyond the glass walls of the reception area, its turquoise waves rolling gently against the shore. But before anyone could reach the sand, they had to pass through the luxurious entrance—marble floors gleaming under golden chandeliers, soft instrumental music humming in the background. It felt more like stepping into a five-star resort than a typical beachfront. The smell of coconut and salt wafted through the air, and I inhaled deeply.

Hideaway Beach is an idyllic beach resort located in the remote town of Hidden Valley. The beach was famous for its endless white sand, blue ocean, towering palm trees, and majestic mountains. The beach resort had fifty villas scattered all over the beach. Each villa was equipped with modern amenities such as Jacuzzis, saunas, and private pools.

“I can’t wait to just relax on the beach.” Betty grinned and followed my gaze down to the waterfront. “Well, we won’t have to go far for that,” she said. “This is a great location.” It was true; thanks to Tina’s excellent planning, we had gotten this little AirBnB at a discount, and it was right next to the beach with enough room for all of us. “And don’t forget the drinking and grilling,” Gavin added as he unloaded our cooler packed with essentials for our first night.

Author’s POV “This is Paradise!” Vivi yelled looking at the place where the local alpha, Matt Wheeler, suggested to stay. Inn of Cannon Beach is 2 minutes walk from the beach, has a private garden full with wild flowers and in the middle of the garden a beautiful pond is placed. The best thing is that the place where the wedding will be held, Haystack Rock is 15 minutes’ walk away so Matt Wheeler was right, the place is perfect.

Celia’s POV The Annenberg Community Beach House features spectacular views, a children's play area / splash pad and a historic pool and Marion Davies Guest House offering docent tours as well as classes and rentals. It is a public facility, open to all with no membership required. This unique place is one of the reasons why Santa Monica is considered one of LA's nicest beaches! Back on the Beach Café is also on site and offers beachfront breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This is the first and only thing I came to know about in LA. Ryan and I are walking in the sand. The wind is roaring today. I wish I had tied my hair. It is falling into my mouth whenever I opened my it to respond.

There was a pathway of flowers leading to the beach house from the beach. The beach house was well equiped. It had spacious bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a spacious dining room, a gym, a game house, which almost looked like a casino. It had a pool, a mini bar and what's more, just outside the beach house, at the other entrance, was a courtyard and a golf court.
