I woke up from the sound of my stomach growling, without a word; I stood up from lying on my bed; my face was a little hurt from the incident earlier when I saw my reflection, a big purple bruise. I sighed and held my cheek, and started to heal myself. My mom and dad were fascinated with my gift for healing, but it wasn't extravagant; like the doctors from our tribe, I could heal simple wounds or, like mine—Bruises.

Alpha Zane's eyes flickered open, his grey eyes swiftly moving around the room, till he came to a slow focus on Beta Kane's desperate eyes. "Alpha. You are awake." "Kane." he said, a small breath escaping his lips and he pulled himself to a sitting position. His cloak was still wrapped around him, but the right shoulder was off, exposing the constellation tattoo that extended from his upper arm to his neck, and stopped just before his ear lobe. Standing out was Polaris, the northern star, the star his pack had been named after.

The beast lunged, but Bruce dodged with a speed that left even Malrik watching with intrigue. With a roar, Bruce leaped onto the beast’s back, his claws tearing through its tough hide. The creature bucked and thrashed, but Bruce’s grip was ironclad. He drove his claws into its spine, channeling every ounce of his strength into the attack. With one final, ear-piercing roar, the beast collapsed, its body dissolving into black smoke that dissipated into the air.

I screamed, pouring all my strength og preventing him from taking off my clothes. “Beast, you say?” Keeran growled. “I’ll show you exactly what the beast looked like,” he added, and smirked, and before I could even blink, he ripped my shorts off, leaving me with my panties on. "No! Please! No, I have a mate, please don't do this!" I begged, all my courage had suddenly vanished seeing he’s capable of ripping my clothes effortlessly, even if I protest. Keeran growled, pushing me into the bed. The hand they as clinging to the headboard has now on my clothes, trying desperately to hold onto them despite knowing it’ll be futile. I held my hands up, trying to stop him again. This made him even ang

Angelina turned around, as she saw humans, holding their ears as they dropped dead on the floor, looking back into the crack, she found out that the crack had increased, and a mighty figure crept out from the burning underground, the beast was so mighty, she gasped, that was Makeficient, the beast made a mighty roar that made the reins who had been trapped in the underground for a thousand years all escaped.

He answered. His words made total sense. As simple as he looked, he was wise and very accurate with his intuitions. "So what's your decision father. We both know that when you cross the damn river there is no point of return." I reminded him. "Damon, That Beast is searching for a breeder. A bond and mate. If luckily Hera proves herself worthy and its instinct is drawn fully to her, it won't harm her. I don't want to think the worst that's why I still have a ray of hope that she is still alive and being kept well." He answered.

Of course Christopher Henry Jameson—also known as Beast- wasn't the average man. He stood 6'5" and weighed three hundred and two pounds. He didn't like the extra three pounds. He rather liked being in the two hundred weight range even if it was by just one or two pounds. Regardless, there wasn't an ounce of fat on his perfect body. Beast was muscles on top of muscles, yet not hulking like some of the others that worked in the Marine Corps division assigned to The Department of Home Land Security, or better known as DHS. Too big made you slow. He'd seen guys bigger than him hospitalized during the CRUCIBLE training.

It gives him a few seconds before the hounds decide attacking is their best move. They might have gained some newfound intelligence, but Beast is smart and has had years of practice. Our eyes carry bloodlust, our bodies made for killing. Beast's claws rake a wide path across one throat and chest. It's not a killing blow, but the hound lists to the side and the other jumps around him. It's almost like he's protecting the hurt creature. Beast lets out a growl that rumbles clear to our feet and charges head-on. We clash and the hound goes to the ground with Beast on top. We grab his neck within our crushing jaws and crunch bone. The other hound lands on top of us, his snapping jaws taking a bit

It was staring back at us curiously through its ruby-red eyes. "It's the Prime Beast! Quick! Before anyone else sees it!" Zhou Li yelled and darted forward. But unbeknownst to him, the Prime Beasts, unlike all other Illusory Moon Beasts which are actual creatures of the Forest of the Illusory Moon, were magical lifeforms artificially created by the alchemists of the Daoist League of the Five Continents to add more content to this trial. The Prime Beast was hardly unnerved by the sight of a mob rushing at it. It bared its four fangs, snarling savagely and took a swipe at an incoming Zhou Li. Two blades of magic bolts released from its paws and charged at him.
