After a minute of this, I notice the fucking mess that I just made of my Christmas tree. Of our Christmas tree. "What the fuck did I just do?" I mumble, grabbing a hold of the large tree and trying to push it back against the wall. This tree is heavy as hell once it's completely assembled. I fucked up by doing this. I did. I see a few of the ornaments that are still hanging but are broken on the bottom branches. One last ornament is left on the very bottom. I reach over and grab it, admiring the gold stripes that cover the ball. I can see a hint of my reflection in the glossy paint. Even with the slight contortion, I can tell that I look like a fucking wreck. I feel tears begin to trail down
