Behind Her Eyes Synopsis Novels & Stories

My eyes followed Betty as she trailed behind the others, her steps slow and heavy. As if sensing my gaze, she suddenly looked up, her eyes locking with mine. For a split second, I saw everything—her red-rimmed eyes, the dark circles beneath them, and the solemn expression etched into her features. Betty had always been strong, defiant in her own way, but now she looked... defeated. Our eye contact lasted only a moment before she looked away, her gaze dropping to the ground as she hurried after the other maids.

“How long will you stay asleep?” She asks in fainting, but deep voice wondering when will the real game will start. “Just how long will you be able to endure seeing her from someone else’s eyes, but will never be able to hold her near? Can you still stay asleep like this once, he is revived?” Hunting the hidden and another mysterious person that rings the identity of neither an ally nor a foe, she closes her eyes as worry and hope mix within and marks unto her face. Turning back as she walks away and sat back down typing the words as she foresees everything with her eyes. She stops for a while, as she sees within her right eye the scene and encounter, HE set out from the very beginning.

human girl hiding in the depth of my large bed looks at me without a single fear in her eyes. She watches me with one of her eyes watching from underneath her hair, her other eye hidden from me. I'm yet to get the color of her eyes because just yesterday they were the darkest shades of black I'd ever seen, dark as a stormy night's darkness itself. And tonight, they were shades of fading brown color, the type that appears to have rusty green pigment mixed with it. And they were beautiful. She doesn't budge and just watched my every move as I advanced toward her, half-naked. Other women would be scared and try to run and fight when I catch them. But not her. There's calculation in her eyes

I hear every thud of her heartbeat as she packs her things—like a third eye, I see her leaning against a red box, stuffing it with clothes, her fingers still shaking. Across the room, her figure reflects in a mirror. Just as the sickening image of her on all fours for Silas remains a blur at the back of my mind, I see her now—her pink lips quivering as sobs escape them, nose blotched, face beet-red, the shuddering breath rattling her nostrils. I’m insanely, maddeningly aware of her, and the intensity of it is a threat. Mom never mentioned this third eye ability to peek at my mate, and it intrigues me as much as it delights Var.

Never have I killed and it meant something other than to save myself. I walked over to her as she sat behind the bed. The blood from the inn keeper's body was looking closer to her and she looked pale. Paler then I enjoyed her delicate body. Her beautiful blue eyes were staring at that blood like it was telling her secrets-whispering. Like a rabbit she looked like she would bolt any second.

I looked at the master bedroom and soon felt a pair of eyes on me and looked towards another room and caught a glimpse of an innocent face which I recognised immediately. I saw her yesterday when I was going back. I crashed into her and didn’t bother helping her even when her doe like hazel eyes begged me to. But there was no longer life in those eyes, it was red and there were bags under her eyes. she looked miserable and helpless. I saw her call someone and I understood I was in deep trouble. I immediately left with the satisfaction that I didn’t have to kill again. At least for now I think.

Her back hit the door as she backed away. Those red eyes were staring at her. She banged on door hard. "Open the door please! Help! Falcon please help me!" She screamed. Her eyes were blurry because of tears flowing through them. She breathed heavily as anxiousness swallowed her. She froze when she heard someone chuckle behind her. At this moment she was scared, horror- stricken. She slowly turn around and looked at those eyes. But she couldn't see a thing. The lamp was still on but her blurry eyes were making it dificult for her to see anything. The red eyes were gone all of sudden.

However, it wasn’t the same as to what I'm seeing now. There was a boy. I can’t recognize his face because of the weird blurry effect of the dream. The only thing I saw clearly were his eyes. His emerald-colored eyes are still engraved in my mind. Even though it’s already been a year since I last dreamt of it, I still can’t forget his eyes. The scenes may be different to what I'm seeing now, but they were both peculiar and still not on earth.

I know this will sound crazy but I feel like he is still watching me. I had either lost my mind or was about to. I walked to the church as it was quiet near by. Once I reached I narrated the whole thing to Margaret. She told may be I was just thinking too much about it and I thought the same and went on to sleep. But those eyes were still on my mind. *************

I walk backward, my eyes fixed on her as she looks at me like a stranger someone she doesn't know, there is fear in her eyes. I am the monster in her eyes and she is looking for her savior. Once I am outside her room, I see the doctor inject something into her veins, her eyes were still on me before they close and she falls back on her bed. Like a zombie, I watch her through the glass and try to understand why she reacted like that. It's not her fear, not her shouting for Ramon., none of them broke my heart, the way it broke when she clinched away from me.
