Behind Her Eyes Ending Explained Novels & Stories

She cast her eyes around the room, catching glimpses through the eclipsing film, and the last thing she saw before unconsciousness claimed her was her copy of the Ruth Ware, the bookmark sticking out one third of the way through. I’ll never get to find out how it ends, she thought, before the black film covered over everything.

I hold her close to me, desperately wishing I could see her beautiful eyes open one last time. I smile as I see Sienna's eyes flicker open. I run my hand along her cheek, letting her know she’s ok. Her eyes blink a few times before looking behind me. A look of fear crosses her face. Using as much strength as she can, she pushes me away from her just as a gunshot rings out from behind me.

She thought about the strange feeling he had, the sadness in his eyes. Little did she know, as she lay there, dreaming of their future, that was the last time she was going to see him. The last hug. The last kiss. The last time she would look into his eyes and feel safe. A shadow, darker than any she had known, was already moving, unseen, unheard, ready to change everything. The quiet morning was just a prelude to a tragedy that would shatter their world forever.

Even through the red haze, she thought she saw something in his eyes. Pain. Recognition. She smiled faintly through the blood on her lips. Then her body gave out. She collapsed onto the stone floor, consciousness slipping as the Moonstone pulsed hungrily beside her and Becky’s raised hand glowed brighter, poised to deliver the killing blow that would end the Moonbreather forever.

" So do you see like, just black? or do you see purple like your eyes" "Nope, I see, nothing". " How does that feel like?". "Use one hand to close one eye, don't shut your eyes close, just use that one hand to cover it, and try looking at me, the one that's open sees me but the one eye covered sees nothing". She gasps "Woah, you're right, must be scary". "Nah... I'm used to it". Jesse's mum clears her throat " Jessica, don't ask such questions, that's rude, and Violet, you should know better than to speak while we are at the table eating, now let's just focus on our meal". Jessica and I chorused "Yes mother"

She blinks mindlessly, Once, Twice, And opens her eyes for the last time. Strangely, only one person was on her mind as she felt she was breathing her last. She saw his handsome face as he stared down at her, his lifeless red eyes seeing directly through her cold soul. Haven lets out a small smile as she feels her eyes slowly start to flutter close. An evil smile plastered itself on Ashley's pretty face as she sees the rogue girl slowly closing her eyes as she stopped resisting further. Finally.

Maya alone and helpless, left alone to her self. And now they'd kill her. Then hunt down Dominic and the others. She'd sacrificed herself for nothing. "Any last words?" The window beside Maya opened with force inward and the glass shattered to the ground, metal hit the ground and smoke stared coming out of it. Smoke filled the room in minutes, and was entering eyes, more like pepper spray.

I could die happily now. " I found you..... butterfly." I declare. Her beautiful eyes widen to look at me in shock. "Sir Mark, since you are so good to me, I would like to tell you her secret. If one day you will finally meet Calla, and you see that she's not your type, do not look directly at her eyes." "Her eyes?" I repeated, wondering what sense there was in avoiding her eyes. "Yes," Cynthia looked straight at me, collecting my full attention. "She can win any man she fantasizes through her eyes." "What do you mean?" I asked, not realizing both my hands were gripping the edge of the table as I glued my eyes on her. To my frustration, she smiled and shook her head. "I'm sorry, sir. This is not the right time to tell you about it."

Misery wrapped itself around it like a melody, sorrow dancing in perfect harmony with despair. My knees buckled as the room spun violently. “You see it, don’t you,” Zain’s voice echoed distantly. “Focus Rhea. What do you see?” “ I see… I see…” A light, me running toward it, “I see…” Oh no. And the very last thing I saw before the darkness swallowed me whole was Malric’s heterochromic gaze, locked onto mine through time itself, bleeding tears that fell like silent confessions.
