Best Friend Contract Template Novels & Stories

A few other people chatted with Daniel for a while before leaving. Soon, there were only Daniel and his assistant in the conference room. This contract was a standard template in the industry, but they had added two other conditions to Party B's obligations. One was to re-register a new Facebook account during the contract period to cooperate with the crew's publicity activities. The other was to not accept any other work during the promotion period. These two conditions were clearly addressing Stella's previous occupation.

As I took it from him, I asked, "Do you mind if I have my friend take a look at this before I sign it? I would feel better if he could confirm the contract is safe for me." He said in between breaths, "Of course, I don't mind. There's no tricky language; it's all very straightforward." After that, I went outside and walked over to Terry, "Here, this is the magic contract he wants me to sign. Do you think you can undo it if I sign it?" Terry took the contract from me and looked it over, "Wow, I didn't expect it to be this simple... A child with minimal training could undo this contract..."

Daniel whispered into my ear and I felt a spark. Okay, I think that was sudden. We followed Zack to a room that looked like an office. He sat down on a swivel while we sat opposite him. He brought out some documents and placed it on the table. "So, the last deal is accomplished. That's by bringing a date. Cross check before signing it." Daniel took a pen and cross checked before signing the papers. He returned them while zack nodded and gave Daniel a handshake again. "We are partners. The $130 million will be sent to your account before you go."

When we get to his house, we go straight to his office where he turns his computer on and opens a file. "This is a template of a contract so all we have to do it alter it so it applies to us. I'll also be added rules you have to follow but they are negotiable," Nathan explains as he scrolls down to the bottom page. "This is the activity sheet, you'll have to rate each thing 1-5 so I know what you like and what you don't like. And this bit at the bottom is for your hard limits so I know what you really don't want." "Deepthroating is a hard limit," I say quickly.

I said, quite seriously. "Then, we'll draw up a contract, I hope." He pulled out a single-page document, like a partnership agreement, which stated that we would have an agreement as long as it suited both parties, but that both had to fulfill their part. "Where do I sign?" I asked.

The big brother I always wanted as an only child. "If he ever dares hurt you... Call me. I'll make him pay." he had said as a last resolute, making my eyes roll. "He's not going to hurt me, Brooks." Wanna bet?" "Brooks!" "I mean it. You're my best friend, the last thing I want is you getting hurt over a damn fool!" "Brooks, stop it," I said as we sat by our childhood tree house three years ago. "I bet you won't go past five years." he had said, making me uncomfortably angry. But I took the bet, determined to prove him wrong.

I said flatly. The waiter returned quickly, placing the items on the table. My fingers tightened around the pen. I didn’t want him thinking this was anything more than a deal. I lowered my head and wrote carefully: No sudden kissing. No sexual activity. No emotional involvement. This relationship lasts one month only. I’ll write your paper, but at the end of the month it’s finished. We won’t tell anyone about the contract. I pushed the paper toward him. “Read it. Then sign.”

I picked it up and opened it. "Agreement Contract?" I read aloud. My brow furrowed, and my eyes widened as I scanned the first clause. I turned to him, stunned. "Do we... really need a contract?" Jefri nodded firmly, his expression deadly serious. "Yes! Of course. I’m a professional businessman. Everything has to be written down—in black and white." I rolled my eyes cynically and hissed, "Tch..." Then, I carefully read the terms. The document stated that Jefri was the First Party and I was the Second Party. The points included:

I do. I bolt up out of my chair and look at my friends. With a conviction I didn’t have earlier, I confidently reply, “We can’t mark each other until we are 30 and haven’t found our true mates. If we find our mates, this contract relationship is void and ends immediately.” A wave of heat flows off my father as his fingers tighten around his pen. I quickly look at my friends and, with my eyes, beg them to agree. Luckily, the other alphas nod and in unison say, “I agree.”
