When she began to move back a few steps to get out of the way, Dominic took her by the upper arm and halted her. “Stay here and watch closely,” he said. Cali stopped and turned around, wondering what was going to happen that Dominic felt the need to tell her to watch closely. She loved magic—anytime Leesa used it she watched with keen interest. She didn’t need to be told. “I want you to use your energy beam again,” Dominic said to Leesa. “Do not worry about breaking it into segments—a single, solid beam will do.” Leesa wondered why Dominic was having her go backward in her training. For battling zombies, the short, quick beams would be much more effective. She supposed the wizard had his rea

Rhea asked softly, her hand sliding into his massive palm as they resumed their walk down the winding garden path. "The mountain provides everything," Dominic explained, his long, heavy strides perfectly synchronized with her careful pace. His dark military coat brushed against the green ferns as he walked. "The thermal heat from the volcanic core creates a natural evaporation cycle. We channel the pure, melted snow from the upper peak through silver filtration pipes, creating an artificial water grid that mimics the old-world rain. The high-tier Beastkin who built this dome knew that concrete and steel mean nothing if you cannot sustain the earth."

But the boy would fall here. “Oh so this is his plan. But how would he see?” the man smirked when he saw what was happening. The entire dome was filled with dust, making it hard for any of them to see. Since the dome was a barrier, it fixed itself whenever it was dented. Although the fixing took time, it would still happen. This meant that the opening they had used was long sealed up. If Abe wanted to escape they would hear it. So although they couldn’t see, they had their ears. Unfortunately Abe’s ears were far better; his opponents just didn’t know it.

After stepping off the hygiene pod, she checks up on a couple of combat jackets. Layered with bulletproof fibers and damage sensors, the things were practically battle suits. She’d take the blue synthsilk since it matched the white shock proof t shirt she was wearing but the black carbon leather was better protection. A year ago, she’d have taken style over practicality, but climbing the ladder to local dome glory always meant you’d get more enemies, a couple of scars over her still human rib cages would contest to that. Solus exited her apartment block to the relatively warm climate controlled atmosphere of Dome 26: Cebu Sector. Or as the locals called it, 26D. Being further inland than the

Reporting from the 3 o'clock target, heading towards the elevator. Okay, great, everybody, hold your position. I am going to the system; if I can hack into the security cameras, we are good to go. There, I would be able to direct you on your way around the building. Oh my, this is one hell of a classic building. Every single thing here is made of diamond. Bella said this in admiration of the building. Just as she walked into the building, She took everyone's attention.

I let it move. The dome rose slowly. I felt it extend outward from the four anchors simultaneously, climbing upward and inward at the same time, meeting itself at the apex above the pack in a seal that pulsed once, twice, and then settled into silence. From the inside, it would be invisible. It would be perfectly transparent and no one would see it. Anyone who dared to cross it wouldn’t last more than a minute outside without dying. It was beautiful, it was perfect.

CHAPTER 307 ~3RD PERSON’S POV~ Marie and her sisters, Cortana and Yuna, sat inside a large metal dome created by Angela. Angla had created multiple domes like this to accommodate the entire army of Vedantya, and this was because the temperature of the atmosphere has risen to an unbearable level. Daniella used her manipulation of heat to cool down the domes so the occupants wouldn't die of heat stroke. The air around the domes looked like it had been stained with gasoline fumes, and rocks around them had begun melting.

This was an important test as compared to the written test, so Adrian pondered for a moment before he answered, "Please inform Her Majesty that I'd like her to reopen The Dome. That's where the next test will be held.” The Dome was the main arena for Wyvern Peak built seventy years ago. It was located at Aetherborough, which was in the Northwestern region, and The Dome sat atop Mount Aether. The arena was so huge it could house at least fifty thousand people in a single matchup. However, the maintenance fees required for each use of The Dome were so exorbitant that it was abandoned twenty years ago. Since its closure, the selection was held in separate venues and excluded this segment. Now t

Stopping her hand, Brody looked at her again. “Well, we’ll be here but if they go in the shiny room and see a wall panel bent out they’re going to notice.” He sighed. “Got it.” Flipping the mic off, he reached out and turned the flashlight off. “Dom says the light is like a beacon in the night out there.” “Okay.” Tess tried not to think about being in here in the dark. “What’s ten feet?” “This comes out ten feet up in the air. Dom’s working his way up to it, or was until I told him about the grate, he’s gone back to the truck to get something to get through it.”

I want to see his every single move. He's wearing all black - a shirt, pants, jacket and boots. The only different colors are his ivory hair and these weird, light blue eyes. He closes the door and heads toward me. Shit, I'll have to open the door now... As he gets closer, my breath once again picks up and I am a quivering mess. He stops near the bed and towers me, threatening me with this pose. My eyes are fixed on his. I'm not afraid, my mind screams. But my stupid, weak body says different things and I lower my gaze.
