This guy is really testing me. I know for a fact that as a Psychology student, I should learn how to control my temper but I can't seem to hold it when it comes to Maze. It's as if everything he does has a big effect on me and I don't like it. He's pissing me off. And I am Gabriel Solzeek Thornton. I can't lose without a fight. The war has only started. I meed to make sure that I could get even. And I can't help but to smirk while thinking on how exciting this could get.

It's perfect for me because even with his larger build and greater strength, I'm a worthy opponent in human form. Drakon heads to the center of the room with his back to the egg. I want him as far away from Pepper's son as possible. Drakon's silver eyes give away his intent a second before he charges in low. I leap over him and turn. My foot is up and I land a solid kick to his back which sends him toward Pepper.

Night Blade’s second in command explained seeing the confusion on everyone’s face “It is large enough to hide an army.” “Keep this on your person.” Mage 001 handed out a crystal that was shaped like a petal as he explained “if you are in trouble or caught, smash this and I will know.” He pointed at the circular disc in his hand “This will glow when any one of these are broken and will also give me an estimate of the location.” Just as they were ordered, they abseiled in pairs, one from Night Blade’s team and one from Night Mage’s team formed a pair. But as they abseiled, they all looked the same; all wore a metal mask that covered their whole face with the exception of eyes.

“Trust me.” That word— Trust— hung between them like a blade suspended mid-fall. Kael hesitated. Then nodded. “Fine.” The creature surged forward. Rowan moved. Not toward it. Sideways. Controlled. Measured. He slammed his blade into the ground. A pulse of blue light erupted from the impact point, spreading across the stone in a geometric pattern. Symbols flared into existence—ancient, structured, precise. The floor fractured along predetermined lines, revealing a containment lattice beneath.

Auren's expression changed. “Zero…” Zero slowly removed the darkness surrounding his body. For the first time— Auren saw him clearly. No armor. No shadows. No ancient power. Just a young man. Same face as Auren. Same eyes. Same smile. But sadder. Much sadder. Zero whispered: “My name was never Zero.” Auren stepped closer. “Then what was it?” Zero looked at him. “Kael.” Kael froze. “What?” Zero looked at him. “No.”

Jago’s voice crackled through the intercom, thick with panic. I looked at the baby. Her obsidian eyes were fixed on the ship. She wasn't acting out of malice; she was hungry. She was a "Zero-Point" engine that had just discovered how to fuel itself. "Dante, we have to break the link!" I grabbed the baby, trying to shield her eyes. The platinum light in my own marrow flared in response, fighting the darkness. It was the "Double-Pulse" all over again, but this time, it was happening outside our bodies. The deck of the rig began to glow with a violet-gray energy that made the iron brittle.

Blade came out with his usual all black clothing—a big black sweatshirt, a black baggy jean, black glasses, black face cap, black sneakers— and a revolver carefully tucked by his side. To my shock, the passenger door opened and a girl came out. She was obviously young, probably fourteen or fifteen with red hair and a round hazel eyes which peered at me through the glass of the coffee shop. I couldn’t help but wonder who she was and why Blade had decided to bring her along. They both shared words before walking towards the coffee shop. “Emily!” Blade called as he walked inside with his companion right behind him. “I’m right here,” I said waving my hands in the air to draw his attention.

Jumping over it, he hits me with the batons and I feel the electricity running through me. Screaming as I step back, I raise my leg and kick the knight away. Falling to the ground, he rolls back before landing on his feet and pushing himself up. This time, I manage to hit the knight with the wooden beam, knocking him down. With him on the ground, I rise the beam over my head and slam it down. SpeedBlade: Seeing the beam falling toward me, I roll out of the way and the only thing Heavy Metal hits is the ground. Stopping, I climb up and lunge at Heavy Metal with the batons.

The tribe’s guards near him, responded with a yell making a way by cutting down the creepers to the direction of the girl. Finally making it out he whistled calling his desert beast amidst the battle then jumped on it and rushes to the location. Smashed through unaware Frankenstein and his underlings. The desert beast reptile clamped its sharpened teeth down to the arm of the fat being and Jamal almost slashing smirking Frankenstein on his shoulder but was shielded by Zero-Zero's long metal rod as the little girl jumped away from the impact. Suddenly brume poured out from Zero-Zero's hands immediately cloaking Frankenstein and his underlings, Jamal leapt out from the brume without hesitating

Nomo roared, swinging the hammer with all his might. The hammer hit the glass with a thunderous crack, but the mirror didn't shatter. It felt like hitting a wall of solid diamond. The vibration traveled up Nomo’s arms, numbing his shoulders, and the hammer flew from his hands, clattering across the floor. "I am the First Daughter, little man. I am the blueprint for the Sovereign," Subject Zero said, her form beginning to solidify as she finally stepped through the threshold. The violet mist coiled around her like a royal robe. "And I have found new allies. The Mirror Walkers don't want a Queen. They want a goddess. And I am happy to oblige."
