Bill Cipher Voice Lines Novels & Stories

With an inward huff, she licked her lips and grasped her teeth in between her plump lips while squinting her eyes. Finally, after gathering enough courage, she muttered, her voice was so soft, "Jake." She knew he heard it but she got no response from him, and she continued, while her voice cracked in the end, "I'm innocent. Trust me." But he paid no heed to her words, and she started struggling to become free from his grip and to prevent herself from going into that cesspool. Her struggles irked him, and his grasp on her tightened further, making her wail in pain, but he didn't even bat an eyelid at her.

Aurora’s face filled the screen. Missing. Billy’s lips curved slowly. “Gone?” he murmured, tilting his head. The news anchor continued talking about the reward, about the search, about the mysterious disappearance. Billy leaned forward, elbows on his knees. “Oh no, princess,” he whispered, voice almost affectionate. “You can’t be gone.” His smile faded into something darker. “You’re mine.” He stood up slowly, eyes never leaving the screen. “You will be mine.” He picked up his phone and dialed a number.

he stammers. The woman echoes him, her voice trembling. “That’s all we saw, Elder.” Elder Lyra nods slowly, her cold gaze shifting to Billy. “Gamma Billy Myricks,” she says, her tone firm, measured. “Do you have anything to say in your defense? Is there anything you’d like to tell this Council?” I glance at Billy, my chest tightening as he lowers his head even further. His lips part, but no words come. The silence stretches on, and I can see him trembling.

William says. I shook my head and rest my arms on my back head, caressing my hair gently. I get up from the chair and walk closer to William, I stand next to him and staring at the computer screen. “That says anonymous deposit” I say as I staring at the computer screen. “Well, most of them are” William responds. “That doesn't come as a surprise to me” I walk away from him and back to sit. He shows me the voice records which he saved in his file.

The usual stack of papers greeted me on entering Bill's office. “We’ll give you privacy,” he said. Him and the guards slipped out like ghosts, leaving me alone with the heavy silence and a phone on the paper-crowded desk. My fingers trembled only slightly as I picked up the receiver. I punched in the digits I knew by heart. They rang. One ring. Two. Three. Then a rough, familiar voice slid down the line. My breath caught. My grip on the receiver tightened “Hello, son.”

Billie said. The cashier and the lady behind her look at him as if checking him out. “No pick up line?” the lady behind the cashier who looks like she’s the cook asked Billie. “Ah, is it a requirement before I can order?” he asked. “Of course not. Ignore her. I’ll get your order,” Lena, the cashier said. “But are you Filipino?” the lady asked. “Yes, Ma’am. I am. My name’s Billie,” he answered.

Inhaling and exhaling, I dialled the number on the card, and the person on the other end of the line answered the phone on the first ring. "Hello and good evening." I smiled and said. I didn't want to say 'Good evening, Mister Handsome!' because I wasn't sure if the person was Arthur. "Good evening, and how may I assist you?" The person on the other end of the line inquired. "Hey... uh... I recognise this voice. Is this you, Willaim?" I asked, stuttering in a soft voice and smiling. "And I recall who owns the voice that is speaking from the other end of the line." Willaim responded, before chuckling for a moment, and I can tell he has a smirk on his face.
