His pulse spiked as he drew a slow breath, forcing his expression to remain neutral. The mention of fan girls did nothing to calm him. His hands trembled as memories of being haunted all those years ago came rushing back, sharper and more unsettling than he expected. Yvo noticed the tension and smirked. “You look like you have seen a ghost, Mr. Popular. Is a fan love letter giving you nightmares?”

We were both naked, tangled in the sheets with our arms wrapped around each other. My hand traced the length of her back, following the gentle curve of her spine.
