Blake's POV John led me into the room in the basement and the moment we got in the room, he pushed me against the wall, he wasn't that much stronger than me but he got me by surprise. "Promise me Blake." he said, "I know what you're lik- I know what we're like so please promise me that my little sister won't become one of your conquests." I was at a loss for words which only served to infuriate him, "Pro-" his voice cracked a little, "Promise me man." he looked up at me, his eyes shown more emotions than I've ever seen on him before, "not my sister. I pushed his hand off my neck, "I promise man, chill." I said and smiled.

“Raise your friend from the dead?” “Oh no.” Blaze gave a sheepish laugh. “We wouldn’t want to start no zombie apocalypse. It will be nice to…have some money…for Shatta’s kid.” “And where am I supposed to find that money?” Troy frowned. “Oh, I don’t know… Anywhere we can get some cash…some shops, a bank maybe...” Blaze said with an expectant look. “The kid needs it.” He made a sad face. “Troy, let’s go,” Paul muttered beside his friend. He knew that his friend was a bit naïve when it came to the real world. And he could tell that Troy was buying the bullshit that Blaze was spewing.

he uses his other hand to flimsily gesture in my direction, peeking from the gaps in between his fingers. Bell immediately shields her own eyes when spotting me, "I'm blind!" She shakes her head, refusing to look at me. "Max, what did you do to Benley?! Bring his nose back!" "Zie nose zis zasgusting!" Ramos yells and pulls a face too before suddenly fainting. I'm officially done for today.

“That makes sense. Alright, my lady, it’s going to be loud, but you’re not alone. I’ll be staying at your side.” I smile and nod my head. “You and Arius. I have a feeling if I said it’s too much, you would get me out of there.” Jasper chuckles. “I’ve known more than one blind wolf in my day. From what I know, the other much more heightened senses can be severely overwhelming. Just touch my arm if you need an out and I’ll take you somewhere more peaceful to enjoy your meal.” I feel myself beginning to relax more with Jasper, he makes it easy. I know he isn’t lying to me and I sense I can trust him.
