He kisses my earlobe, and I shift in my chair in response.
“I wear glasses.” He stops the kissing and looks at me quizzically. “You know, I was the only one in kindergarten class who wore glasses, and everyone joked and didn't talk to me. I have trauma, and since then, I only use them when I'm alone.”
“I can't believe it,” he says. “I would pay to see you... in glasses... all beautiful, to me.” He runs his hand down the back of my neck.
“No, no and no. You can’t make me wear them ever.” He laughs in my ear, and it makes me fall apart.
