Løne wølf

Løne wølf

He noted which elders drank wine before council meetings, which guards changed shifts too early, which vampires relied on relics instead of strength. He bled quietly, feeding the seals just enough to keep them from tightening. He stockpiled power in silence. Because a king does not strike until the blade is already inside the enemy’s ribs. His plan was simple. Ruthless. Final. First, expose the Acting Alpha—force him into a public dominance challenge under the full moon, where Alpha’s True Alpha aura would strip him of borrowed authority. No blood needed. Just humiliation. Second, collapse the elder council—leak their lies to the outer packs, reveal the forbidden rites they used to bind him

His legs buckled. My breath caught. Gigi’s body stilled. A loud, rumbling, earth-shattering roar ripped from her throat, followed by a surge of golden-blue light. The air sizzled. The temperature spiked. The warriors around her staggered back. Their bodies seized with sudden confusion. Then panic. And screams. Piercing, agonized screams filled the forest. One of the wolves ignited. His fur burst into flames. Fire ripped across his body, consuming him like he was nothing but dry kindling. He convulsed, writhing, twisting, dropping, flailing in the snow, trying desperately to put himself out.

This book is so good and the writing is superb! This is the 4th book in the series and it is just as amazing as the other 3. If you haven’t read them, I would suggest reading the other 3 first before reading this one so you will get to know the characters. Trust me you won’t be disappointed.

"Lysander has them. Harlow will second anything that destabilizes Vael's succession. He doesn't need to be coordinating directly with Lysander to do that the parallel interest is enough." you know, "Who would second for you if you needed it." "Maren, conditionally. Devereux is unpredictable but hasn't aligned with Lysander yet. Ashcroft " he paused " Felix Ashcroft doesn't make second motions. He abstains consistently. It's his protection mechanism." "Then Maren is the critical relationship," Nora said. "Between the two of us." "Yes." "And she laughed on Friday." Nora tapped her pen against her notepad once. "She's worth spending time on."

The Fourfold Desires

The Fourfold Desires

This had been dismissed as a mere rumor but I had a source who proved otherwise. Soren Drakemere, the second son of the formidable Drakemere lineage, carried himself with an air of quiet solemnity that set him apart from his peers. Born into a family renowned for their strategic cunning and unshakable loyalty to the Blackthorn Pack, Soren bore the weight of an unusual legacy. His father, Alaric Drakemere, was a figure of legend—both revered and feared—while his older brother, Caelian, was the golden heir, the warrior who could command a room with a single glance. Soren, on the other hand, was an enigma, a man whose presence was felt rather than heard.

BLACK ROSE

BLACK ROSE

City A, 15 years ago, in a dilapidated house, the firelight was slowly spearing to every corner. The fire made a crackling, crackling, ticking sound that echoed in the stillness of the night. Suddenly, the fire flared up violently. It engulfed everything it passed through. In that deadly fire, the image of a rose playing in the sea of fire slowly appeared. It shone extremely brightly and then began to fade to ashes. That rose was like his heart. Since that day, his heart had died, left only the animosity.

Luke’s father went back to stand by Luke’s mom while Luke stayed forward, and I went to join him. The priest, once again, handed me the knife. I cut a slit down my other hand and handed the knife to Luke who did the same. I spoke into the microphone. “I, Blake Wulfric, elect Lucas Hemming as my beta, to be loyal to and lead the Midnight Maple Pack alongside me.”

As if they had been painted only a few hours ago, they show the former kings of Soth-North. There was the Grandfather of his great-grandfather King Ethelred, the founder of the South-North kingdom. His great-grandfather King Ethbard the politician, next door to his grandfather, the wisest King Egbert. Then there was his father, King Ethelwulf who earned the nickname The Lionheart. They looked dashing in large robes, long scepters encrusted with diamonds and gold crowns that had their special shape. As Edmund recalled, the painting ended up on his father, because the new King never existed due to the attack of the exiled Falsies. However, right next to the father's painting there were still t
