Shadow Pact

Shadow Pact

His eyes were an amazing shade of gold, and just now they sparkled with the dark promise of death. Almost too fast to follow his movements, the dark-haired man crossed the room with its crumbling plaster walls and stood behind the wolf with two curved, ornate hand sickles already in his hands. The soft ringing of metal resounded as he swung with expert precision, not even brushing her hair with his blades while he decapitated her tormenter. The head that had just been level with hers went one direction, while the hands gripping her arms fell away and the body toppled to the floor on her other side. Her mouth fell open in stunned horror, then clamped firmly shut again as she was sprayed with

Shadows of Bloodlust

Shadows of Bloodlust

Alex tried to ease the tension in their conversation, "Alright, let's talk calmly. Who are you and why are you following us?" The mysterious figure thought for a moment before answering, "You don't need to know my name! I'm a night predator, just like you. I have come to give you this." The mysterious figure threw two black playing cards at Alex. The two cards flew towards Alex's face, but thanks to his quick reflexes, Alex managed to dodge them. Otherwise, one can only imagine what would have happened to Alex's face, as the cards were firmly planted on the wall next to Alex's face.

The Reaver Chronicles: Raphael (Book 2)

The Reaver Chronicles: Raphael (Book 2)

The Shadows' presence was both mesmerizing and unsettling, a reminder of the unfathomable power that lay just beyond the veil of the mortal world. With a fierce battle cry, I slashed the palm of my hand open with an elongated Wolf claw, the pain a mere afterthought as I summoned The Shadows to feed. "Drink!" I roared, my voice echoing through the air as the dark entities responded to my call. Tendrils of shadowy energy erupted from the darkness, swirling around my hand like living vines. The Shadows lapped up the blood flowing from my wound, their dark forms seeming to grow stronger and more substantial with each passing moment. The tendrils at my feet, meanwhile, soaked up the spilled blood

Shadow Bound

Shadow Bound

“I’m just glad we haven’t been giving the new ones any wolfsbane. Who knows? Maybe they’ll learn to control it on their own.” Gray nods and offers Bo a wide grin. “Maybe. They’ll be a hell of a lot better than us if they do.” We all know the truth though. Lycanthropy is a curse. There is no way to control it. Not on the full moon. “Come,” Bo says, knocking me out of the dooming thought of our near future. He puts a hand on my back, lightly guiding me to start walking. “Alazaer is down by twin hills, waiting for the others to come back,” he tells us.

Beneath The Shadows

Beneath The Shadows

Lukas and the others looked up while the rest killed the remaining Aswangs. And from above, a gigantic sphere of shadow appeared, swallowing the skies in whole. Lukas swallowed. He had never felt this kind of distress before. A pair of feet appeared, descending from the orb, and then the knees, followed by the wolf pelt that covered the groin and buttocks of the pale skinned entity. Until his finely detailed chest and muscular biceps followed, and a face outlined in dark red hair. A skeletal hand of a child hung around his neck.

Shadows of the Past

Shadows of the Past

How many more dark shadows would darken my life? “I can’t believe you didn’t give up your firm for my happiness. This man is a monster,” I screamed at her as loud as I could after biting Kevin. I wished I had run away, but he quickly grabbed my hand. I thought he was going to get mad, but he started laughing sadistically. He was enjoying our argument, our misery. I didn’t think there were such people in the world. I didn’t realize that the man I had sworn my love to at the altar was, in fact, a man without scruples, without a heart. He was actually a monster. He physically blocked me, but that wasn’t the worst of it. Emotionally, I was a wreck. Everything I had heard so far was swirling arou

Shadow Wolves

Shadow Wolves

She was bloodied and badly wounded but Chloe could feel that she was still alive. The shadows didn’t hesitate. They lunged forward, moving like ghosts as they charged at the creature. The creature let out a enraged shriek that was so loud Chloe thought her eardrums might burst. But still, the wolves carried on, unaffected by the inhuman sound. Something about the shadows charging it down clearly unsettled the mysterious monster because it was off of its victim in an instant darting off into the forest without a trace. It’s time for you to go back, your majesty Another voice echoed through Chloe’s mind. You have been here too long.

The Shadow Knight

The Shadow Knight

Kaelen rolled from the saddle as the horse fell, his sword already clearing its sheath. The blade met nothing but air. These weren't creatures of flesh but living darkness, immune to mortal steel. Claws raked across his back, shredding leather and skin. Another shadow-thing flowed up his legs, its touch burning cold. He struck wildly, uselessly. For every shadow dispersed, two more emerged from the forest's depths. They played with him - cat with mouse, predator with prey. Testing. Tasting. Finding him wanting. Weak, a voice whispered inside his skull. Not heard but felt, like ice crystals forming in his brain. Too much light still clings. Too much humanity remains.

Mated to the Night Wolf

Mated to the Night Wolf

The face of the slave warrior forms, every detail identical, only her eyes remain her dark pits of Shadow. The black death reemerged with me, whispers words to cheer me on. But I need no such compulsion. I have enough wrath inside me to destroy much more than just one soul. My hand reaches for her neck, as images of her hands on Shades flash through my mind, the push, her smile as she hovered over the balcony admiring her handiwork. One can not touch shadow, but as my hand lifts, it deforms into the hand of a Black Death, a shadow grip around its neck and its eyes widen in wonder.

Well worth the wait! Your 55 chapters are more like 250 chapters of other authors. Your chapters are long, detailed and fully packed with more intrigue. The guard? I’m team Kayos, but it’s so beautiful how tender the guard was with her to let her know he will honor her…but I think there’s more.

This book is so good. I love the writing, the characters, the story and the execution. Perfection at its core but I have a problem, please could you release a chapter at least once a week. It’s not fair because I’m basically hooked on this book and I don’t get regular updates.

REBORN AFTER DEATH

REBORN AFTER DEATH

Left to my own devices, I retreated further into the safety of the shadows, the weight of uncertainty pressing upon me. The rogue wolf, recovering from his failed attack, turned his attention back to me. His eyes burned with renewed determination, his snarl a haunting echo in the stillness. It was clear that he wouldn't relent so easily. Summoning the dark magic once more, I channeled its power through my being. Shadows coalesced around me, forming into tendrils that slithered across the forest floor. With a calculated strike, I unleashed them upon the rogue, ensnaring him within their ethereal grasp.
