He smirked before removing a ring from his pocket. "Do you recognise this ring, Princess?" he asked. Valerie gasped with shock. She remembered the ring. It's the black opal ring which is similar to the pendant she is wearing. Raphael wears it. She never saw him removing that ring. It is the symbol of a Raven clan royal. Irina and Cadmus also has similar kind of rings. Each ring has the name of the person engraved on the underside of the ring. She snatched the ring and looked at the underside of the ring for the name.

He pulls a black box from his pant pockets and holds it open in his palm for me to see. It is a ring. A very beautiful ring with three gold bands, each band having its own diamond on top of it. All three diamonds are different as are the three bands. The first band has a diamond encased between two small black bands. The middle band has four diamonds on each side of the main diamond and the last band is a plain one with a diamond in its centre. I love it.

Third Person's POV Dominic twirls the ring on his finger as he looks at it. He thought the first ring Dimitri got him was gorgeous, but this ring is stunning! It's black, just like the other ring. And just like the other ring, the detail on this one is incredible. The lines, and textured design around the ring, and on the inside are unlike anything he's ever seen. The 18-karat gold thin line near one edge sets it off and enhances its beauty. A direwolf ring, how fitting, and perfect!

Only use it in emergencies, as in life or death situation.” She handed me a pearl ring. It was a black pearl sitting on a silver band. It was more inward, so it didn’t stick out so far. “Thank you. I hope that we will not need it but appreciate the gestured.” I said nicely. I meant it too, though.

I could have had it spelled just like my engagement rings were, I did not want to rely on witchy abilities. “I’m glad you like it, my love.” I hugged him tighter. The amulet looked great on him. It was an oval shaped black ruby. I had never seen one in person until I saw it at the shop that I went to. Apparently, black rubies signified a deeper connection than the physical. That part definitely applied to the two of us. It was also a great conductor for abilities. It would help amplify the gifts he had developed from our marking – speed and strength.
