' As the intrusive thought crossed Igor's mind the black band on his ring finger seared burning his skin which made him whiz. The ring had never burned before~ His gaze sought the ring he wore and to his surprise, its transparent crystal's color had changed. It was now identical to Esmeray's eyes~ The ring wasn't ordinary, it served a purpose. The ring was an artifact Igor had received from the Dragons after completing his mark. It held the mystic power to foretell a person's upcoming demise. Whenever the ring came in contact with someone who was about to die or whose time was near its crystal changed color to that person's orbs only if the death would be brutal or a selfless sacrifice.
