When we get off the phone, I text Anna letting her know that we will be leaving Friday afternoon. Everything has me on edge lately and has me reaching for something I shouldn't be more and more. What is it doing here? I pull it out and it seems like an album of sorts. I open the cover to see a few photos that don't appear like they were taken in this decade . I fixate on them carefully to recognize a few people. The photo is in black and white so it's kind of hard to see what they are wearing but they look like Charlie and Aurora. They are standing along two other couples and they both are laughing . Charlie has his arms wrapped around Aurora's torso and they both are laughing.

The sounds of the night are loud around us, and I turn, making sure the door seals back up before daring to move away. I’m not chancing anything getting through.
