Its eyes glowed a predatory, intelligent silver, and massive, glowing containment chains were wrapped tightly around its thick neck, anchoring it to Nyx’s command. The beast unleashed a deafening, sonic roar that shook the very foundation of Blackthorn Kingdom, rattling the glass out of every remaining palace window. Yet, that is exactly what I saw. I found her in the back yard, two of her monsters sitting by her feet as if they were dogs.
