Ravi didn't care about their past, but such disrespect was unacceptable. Thunderous laughter erupted from Adrian. He advanced closer to Ravi, who refused to divert his gaze from the intense eyes of the silver-haired man. Adrian's wings spread wide, failing to intimidate Ravi into fear. My wolf surged to the surface and I grabbed Jax’s arm. “Something is wrong.” He did not question me. He immediately signaled to the warriors and everyone went on high alert. But it was already too late. They came out of the trees on both sides of the road. Easily thirty wolves from Blackwater Pack. The same pack whose Beta had grabbed me at the club months ago. “Protect the Luna,” Jax roared as he shifted mid-run. His black wolf was massive and terrifying as he launched himself at the first wave of attackers. The other warriors shifted too and suddenly the road was chaos. Snarling and blood amd the sound of bones breaking.

I did same and saw Cara, Black Hills lead warrior and Ray’s mate. The warrior that had been beaten by Dara was with her. She frowned. “Dara, why did you dare hit a warrior of Black Hills?” Dara smirked. “Tsk, cause their lead Warrior wouldn’t do shit?” Cara glared at her and only an annoying smirk rested on Dara’s face. This would be fun.

The old warehouse had been empty for a few months, but with generators connected, the music playing, and the bikes all parked in sections, it looked like the perfect way to spend the day. He parked his bike in an empty space, waiting for Jenna to park the truck right behind his bike. He couldn’t park with the Warriors, it would be seen as favoritism, and that his allegiance lay with them and only them. This way, he was still just Wrath, the lone rider. He spotted the Warriors immediately, and Weasel took the shopping bags from Jenna’s hands. “You are sitting with us, aren’t you?” Jake grinned. “Yeah, Weasel, we’re sitting with you.”

Her eyes turn bloody Red, no sign of pupils or white in her eyes and she let's out a scream so loud I swear we are going to be deaf. I step back covering my ears and Trevor does the same, by the time the sound dies down, she's gone, it was only then it really dawned on me that the area is now more lit and you can hear the crickets and cicada’s, it was nothing but silence before *thud, thud* both warriors fall to the ground unconscious.

Everyone turned. A group of armored warriors charged into the chamber. Their armor was unlike anything Nova had ever seen. Dark silver steel covered every inch of their bodies. Black cloaks flowed behind them. Each warrior carried a spear tipped with shimmering silver crystal. And every shield bore the same Blackthorn crest. At their head rode a woman on an enormous white wolf. She leapt gracefully from its back the moment she entered the chamber. Her silver hair, streaked with hints of white from age, was braided down her back.
