The heavy scrap-blade in her right hand remained rock-steady, the edge positioned exactly two inches beneath Vance’s left jawline, right where the synthetic green-lit data-ports were still sparking violently from the kinetic shockwave of my Void-marrow spike. His chest heaved slowly beneath his frozen black zinc-weave duster, his cold eyes darting from the three-foot shard of obsidian marrow cutting through the dirt between his boots to the massive, slavering snout of the three-ton Alpha wolf hovering right above his shoulder.

It was coming straight for her. Reacting swiftly, Raven lunged forward, slashing her knife towards the vampire's arm with precision, narrowly missing its chest. She swiftly turned her head, the sound of Nolan's blade slicing across the vampire's back reverberating in her ears. The vampire emitted a menacing growl, its ominous sound causing it to halt in its tracks and crouch down right in front of them. Now, with a clearer view, she could make out its terrifying features - blood-red eyes gleaming with malice and sharp claws poised for attack.

Blade's first instinct was to run when he noticed Adam, but before he could put it into action, Adam caught him and without a second thought he tore Blade into two like it was normal and morally or mentally okay.

The minute Blade heard that, he moved quickly towards Juliana's father — Michael, being extremely blood-thirsty, he bent Micheal's neck and with his elongated fangs, he sapped Michael's blood, groaning with delight and satisfaction. Michael, in those moments, began to jerk uncontrollably. He kept jerking until he gave up the ghost. Juliana kept her eyes fixed on each one of them and memorized their faces as she quit watching the video, erasing it from her email.

We stayed silent for a while as we wound down the streets of Moon City, the night life shown in the bar lights streaming through the skies. "What is the blade that he was talking about?", I asked after a while of silence. Blood gushed out quickly, dark red in color, causing the vampire's eyes to fill with a strong desire. He raised her wrist, bringing it near his mouth, yet refrained from drinking. He kept her in place, as
